Nice newer building, but management puts in minimal effort. There is random dirt stains in the hallways and public bathrooms never have toilet paper. Not nearly enough guest parking, though tow trucks commonly police the lot and tow guests. There were often add on charges that felt sneaky, including move out in which the held a ridiculous amount of the security deposit for no real reason. Not a bad place to live but I felt very taken advantage of by management whenever they had the opportunity to do so.

This is not a good place to live. I’m a disabled Marine Corps veteran that lived here for two years and when I moved out I got charged 2600. My 1 bedroom apartment was not dirty in any regard when I moved out, I had lived there for two years with a dog. Obviously the carpet is going to need to be ripped up that’s pretty standard for any apartment anywhere with a resident living there for x amount of years, especially with pets. They charged me for everything under the sun, the carpet was only a few hundred dollars. I ended up getting charged 2600 upon move out. There was always dog crap everywhere, sometimes even in the doorways and the halls. The apartment gym SUCKS. They consistently change their lock systems and there has been times when I’ve been locked out for over an hour just because the different systems they use have had problems. The walls are super thin and you essentially have no privacy, sure the apartments look nice, but would you rather live in a place that looks good from the outside and then have a miserable experience? Or would you rather live somewhere else and pay less for a MUCH better experience and management. Do not live here, people fall for the trap that because it’s more expensive than other places it just MUST be better, it’s not.

The building is new and nice but the management can improve. They had events where 5 star reviews would be rewarded materially. So many of the reviews you see may be not honest as they may be bought. Management wouldn't plow the snow or salt around the property quickly Maintenance team would randomly come into the unit without warning Smoke smell. But management wouldn't take enough actions.

units are great, amenities are okay. maintenance and the office staff are really caring and accommodating but we did have quite a few issues that needed fixing which i wouldn’t have expected for the price we paid. overall nice apartments though

If i could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been living here since August, and even though it’s advertised as “luxury” and amazing, it’s anything but. To start at the beginning, I planned on bringing my cat who is ESA certified, and as much as i called/emailed, they took forever to remove $600 worth of charges until I got my mom involved (they seem to take advantage of college students who they believe are gullible and can’t fend for themselves, so clearly getting a parental figure is more “serious” to them). Upon getting here, the unit seemed good enough, and the longer i’m here the more damage/negligence i notice. When we first moved in there was a GIANT hole in the insulation tube to the dryer, which is fire hazard. But of course my roommates and i didn’t notice until after a week of our clothes not drying, when maintenance came they didn’t even look back there until we told them to. they were quick to fix it, but it’s the principal that we even moved into a unit with that being an issue. Next, there is white paint all over the carpet/flooring/floorboards from when they repainted. The dishwasher broke more times than I can count. In every room there are long gaps in the walls where the dry wall is literally separating from each other and you can see straight through the wall, and they just paint straight over it (you can tell this has been a previous issue because in the same spots there is discoloration of whatever paste they used to fill). When you take a shower it’s cold 70% of the time. They take pictures of your room when they do “inspections”. There’s a literal carpet beetle infestation (I am the cleanest roommate and vacuum around 4 times a week…). They add random charges to your rent without any warning and don’t care to explain and you’re expected to just pay it. My AC broke. There’s not enough parking for residents/guests, and they blatantly suggest that guests should park on a side street and walk to the premises or they will be towed. The packages are confusing and i frequently run around to the front desk, mail room, and package room looking for my package. The hallways always smell like a mix of drugs and rotting trash. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. The windows don’t open so you’re so truck with stagnant air, and if you cook just expect the entire apartment to smell like whatever you made for atleast 2 days. The list could truly go on. Moral of the story, thankfully i’m moving out at the end of my lease and i’m just waittinnggg for the bs charges they try to give me (don’t worry i’ll get my mom involved for that too, who just so happens to know real estate law!). Anyways, for love of god stay away from this place. They charge so much to live in a little box.
