Really loved living here. Milt Dallas Nate, Bruce the maintenance guy and the other I can’t remember their names are all really good people. There’s a lot of apartments like these in Indy, but it’s hard to explain how great this place is in comparison. Just the land it’s on is perfect for dog owners there’s open fields all around the property are great. Below are all pics of my dog enjoying the property. Thank you Stoneridge.

After my initial move-in concerns at The Clarion (which were honestly egregious, seeing 20+ roaches within 5 minutes, dirty appliances, smoke odor, even urine left in the toilet), I gave this place another chance. Those issues were eventually resolved thanks to one employee, Regis Morris, who has since left, likely due to the property’s clear lack of organization. What happened recently pushed me to finally leave a review: if you’re considering moving here, steer clear. On April 24, 2026, I asked the only leasing agent present, Jabria, for help with a malfunctioning Luxer One locker (which frequently has issues). She opened the wrong box, my package wasn’t there, and when I calmly asked for further help, the interaction became bizarre and unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence to say she “wasn’t speaking to me” and told me to “be patient” and “calm down” despite me speaking normally. She then abruptly walked away, slammed a door in my face, labeled me “hostile,” and told me I was trespassing, all while I was simply asking for help. She even threatened to involve the police over a package issue. This reflects a bigger problem: inexperienced staff, poor organization, and zero accountability. The property manager was on the phone during the incident and did nothing to de-escalate. Now I genuinely feel uneasy living here and fear retaliation. Unprofessional, chaotic, and unacceptable.

This place is pathetic. They do not help, I have tried to communicate to their office multiple times about a property manager where I had to involve the police, sharing information, harassment, etc. This place does not communicate back. They do not care about your problems. When on the phone they're completely rude and hang up multiple times. If you can't go to your own property manager for an issue or their boss for an issue youre having with them, where can ya go..... do NOT come to greenview apartments or any under birge and held. Even afyer multiple voicemails and calls of concern. Nothing. If it does not concern them, they do not care. Go the legal way if anyone else if having issues. That's what me and my lawyer are doing.

Property management is impossible to get ahold of by phone, email, or in person. I bet the only way you can get ahold of them is to catfish them into thinking you're interested in signing a lease with them, if you call from a new phone number and create a new email. I am on week 4 of an unaddressed maintenance issue that is beginning to cause me long term health issues by preventing me from sleeping in the apartment of theirs that I pay to rent. On the 3rd maintenance ticket (2 of them were closed with no resolution or communication) - they have made promises to address the issue that have been unfulfilled. Renting from literally any other community is a better choice

THESE PROPERTY OWNERS NEED TO DO BETTER ( IN REGARDS TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (PROPERTY AND HOUSING)) **YOU CAN'T SWEEP UP ROACHES AND SAY THERE IS NO INFESTATION, PAINT OVER A MOLDED WALL AND SAY THE MOLD GONE, CHANGE THE FILTER AND SAY BASEMENT VENT IS CLEAN, YOU CAN'T LEASE AN APARTMENT IN NEED OF REPAIRS AND CALL IT SAFE** Currently dealing with inconsistent issues between owners and workers on site. Shame how they treat others and their lack of concern or respect for tenants. Forcing tenants/ underwriting tenants into their responsibilities by way of lease, who working for who? Is my question. Tenants have a space they can't enjoy, yet pay rising rent prices with dwindling freedoms/privacy. It's disheartening that this Cincinnati area meant to help those in need is being made to look like an abandoned property, over run by supposed people who don't care.
