Riverrain Apartments, ypsilanti-mi

Wonderful and spacious apartments in a convenient location. If you prioritize good communication from your land lord, I highly recommend Riverrein! I could doc a star because of the parking situation. Ideal spots tend to fill up quickly so if you don't get home early in the evening you might have to walk some distance to your front door. My car insurance increased slightly when I moved here as well. If you get around via bus, it's right on a bus line that will easily get you where you need to go I've had no problems with fellow residents and I really do feel spoiled by the size of the living and bedrooms.

I lived here for a year & just recently moved out in August. I had such a great experience living here & if I stayed in Ypsi I would have signed my lease again. I felt safe and maintenance was amazing. When we would put a request in, maintenance would always be there within a couple of hours. The only complaint I would have is parking. We have parking passes, however they do not check them & people without passes always parked in front of the apartments. I never saw anyone checking cars for the pass. Overall, I loved it and am thankful for my time there!

I love River Rain! I live in their Pearl Street apartments! They are super nice, roomy, and have central AC and Heat.my bedroom is huge with a big closet to match. The balcony is super nice. The parking is a bit rough though... only 7 spots for 4 apartments that have 3-4 people living in each. The leasing people are super nice and understanding. We love Kyle! He will answer any questions you have and be as helpful as he can be. I would definitely recommend this place for college students!

Overall, the apartments are a great deal. The price is good, they're very spacious, and are in pretty good shape. Robert and Roger always do a great job at keeping up with the grounds work and maintenance. The only complaints that I have are that the internet is sketchy at best and I often have to leave my apartment to do homework because of it, and the woman in the leasing office is incredibly rude. The younger guy is nice though.

First off let me say. The apartments themselves are very nice. Great Location, spacious and its nice to have the balcony and washer and dryer in the unit. But that is about where the positives end. The manager of the property is incredibly condescending and disrespectful. I understand she deals primarily with college students. But they are that, college students, not children like she treats everyone. I have heard her be disrespectful several times to her own staff as well. The policies in place will nickle and dime you at every chance they get. It just seems like one of those companies that looks to exploit every situation rather than working with you. Charges for anything they can get away with rather than being understanding to problematic circumstances. If you do live there and have any issues, its my recommendation to go over her head and get to the company manager. They are much more friendly and easier to work with.
