The management here is atrocious. I had the worst experience subleasing here last summer, and I would not recommend anyone ever agree to a sublease with this company. Last summer I subleased an apartment and when I walked in, the entire place was disgusting. The toilets were clogged. Food in the fridge. Belongings from previous tenants everywhere. Why should I have to pay a security deposit, when Six11 claimed they are not responsible for cleaning it before I arrived? It was so disgusting I had to hire a cleaning service. After trying to get in touch with management for HOURS… The management finally agreed over the phone that they would reimburse us. $600 for the cleaning service, we sent our receipt and waited. Well, after following up with them for weeks after, they changed their mind and never reimbursed us. The management here is absolutely horrible and I would NEVER stay here again.

I recently toured Six11 and had a great experience touring this community! The space was clean, bright, and well laid out, and the community itself felt welcoming and well maintained. Brooke toured me and my husband; she was super friendly, informative and she answered any and all questions that we had. We left feeling excited and confident about the possibility of living here!! Ask for Brooke when touring. You will not be disappointed!!

Love the rooftop and location to campus. They just remodeled the shared building spaces. Staff is helpful. Everything is walking distance. Happy with my choice.

I recently toured Six11 and absolutely loved it. The building itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Danielle was especially amazing during the tour. She was incredibly helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. I left feeling really confident about the community, and I’m definitely planning on applying and living here starting fall 2026. Highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve only been living here for about a month, and the fire alarms have gone off multiple times, often in the middle of the night (as late as 4 AM). It completely disrupts sleep and causes unnecessary stress. After evacuating, we’re told it’s “just testing.” We come back upstairs, and it always starts again. This has happened repeatedly and is becoming extremely frustrating. Fire safety is important, but late-night testing without proper notice is unacceptable. Management needs to handle this better.
