Amazing place and incredible landlord. 828 was a perfect location for game days and was located near a bus stop providing quick and easy access to all campuses. Eduardo was the best landlord I’ve ever had, he always prioritized any issue we had, once even cutting his vacation short. The apartments are frequently visited by cleaners and always well kept. Would recommend to anyone.
