The Atrium, urbana

I moved in August ‘25. The unit was in good condition and had a brand new stove, refrigerator, microwave, and barstools. Having individual leases and a private bathroom connected to my bedroom is really great, and it’s right on the MTD Illini bus line which is the goat for UIUC students. While the gym is not fully featured, it’s still really nice and it’s great to have onsite workout facilities. They have responded to all of my maintenance requests within the hour and the property manager Ryan has been very nice and helpful. One minor thing to watch out for is that it’s right across the street from the Urbana fire station and within walking distance of a level 1 trauma center so there is a lot of siren noise from the emergency vehicles if you’re on the east side of the building. I’m not very sensitive to noise so this doesn’t bother me but is definitely worth considering.

I’ve been living at the atrium for about 3 years now and my experience has been nothing less of amazing! The property manger (Ryan) is great at what he does and Always wants to help. The staff here are so amazing and friendly. Not much goes in my apartment but minor things and when that’s happens my maintenance man( I think his name is Dan or Danny something like that) all falls through no matter what time of day he respond the issue and gets to it asap. He never has for same issue because he does so well. I have recommended the atrium to a couple of my friends who were looking for new apartments and about 3 of them moved in.

Whenever I get to stay at the Airbnb it’s always clean! Dani maintenance guy is quick to respond and handles issues with care and professionalism. The amenities are great too! Love the gym you can get a good workout in.

The Atrium has a nice setup with a clean pool area and open design. The apartments have a modern look. Overall, it’s a GREAT student housing option if you want something close to campus.

My experience at the atrium since I've lived here has been nothing but good. Manager is always attentive to everyone's need. Maintenence personnel gets there as fast as they can. Lived in other places where it takes weeks to get something fixed. Rent is very affordable. Commons and play areas are always clean. I would highly recommended 👌 overall i love it here.
