Living in this apartment has been an absolute joy. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, thoughtful layout, and high quality finishes throughout the space. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly; they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The amenities are top notch: the fitness center is always well maintained, the community spaces are inviting, and the location is unbeatable with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Whether it’s the quiet atmosphere, the sense of community among neighbors, or just the comfort of coming back to a space that feels truly mine, capstone quarters checks every box. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

It is a great apartment with spacious rooms and very new condition. The officers are very kind, nice, effective and any problem happens in the apartment can be solved very fast.I had wonderful experience of living here for two years.I do recommend it!

I enjoyed living here. It was quiet and the office ladies were nice. Maintenance was very responsive to requests. Only thing I would note: pay attention to what is being taken out of your security deposit when you move out.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff — especially Jen and Tiffanie. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or simply greeting you with a smile, they make the whole place feel welcoming. Highly recommend!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve only lived here a month and I severely regret it. I unfortunately signed my lease before reading any reviews and I hope you don’t make the same mistake. When I moved into my unit, there were bed bugs. Management did schedule pest control treatments when we told them about it(even though our mattresses are now supposed to be encased in plastic but they are not), but I think this speaks to the fact that they probably do not inspect units before new tenants move in. Supporting that theory, when I arrived my bathroom was filthy with hair everywhere and a toilet brush covered in feces. I cleaned this up and brushed it off as one of the old roommates using that bathroom. However, ramshaw should have inspected my unit before I arrived and it is clear that they did not, or at least did not care to clean it. The bed bugs were here when I moved in, the pest control treatments are a 3 week long process, and I have pets that I had to pay to board as well as non washable bedding that I had to throw away. I also have suffered multiple bites from bed bugs. Because of all of this, I have requested a rent credit of one months rent as compensation for all my troubles and money lost. Any professional apartment complex would comply. Ramshaw is adamantly refusing and is not suggesting any other form of remedy. They also never offered for me and my roommates to stay in another non bug-infested unit. It is clear that Ramshaw realty is a money hungry company that does not care about their tenants. If you want to be happy, don’t move here.
