I have quite enjoyed my experience living here. The apartment is nice and pretty well sound proofed which is a big thing for me. The maintenance and leasing office staff are nice and get to most problems very quickly. The biggest gripe and why I have lowered the stars even though I love living here is with the parking garage and security concerns. One of the biggest things is that it is basically impossible to reach the leasing office unless you go in person. The people are helpful if you're able to get to them but any time I have tried calling when the office is open no one picks up. Sometimes the office will close early or not be open at all with no warning. Any time I have tried calling both the phone numbers provided the phone will ring and you'll be connected to their AI assistant Sam which how does that help anyone?? I've never been locked out but it worries me that if I could not get ahold of them for a simple problem then what would happen if I did? The second is that I've brought up to the office time and time again about the parking garage as I pay a lot of money to park my car in there both for safety of the car and mainly myself. When I toured I was promised the garage would have secured parking gate where you would need a scanner to enter and that sounded great. Not only was the gate not ready before then but it took 3 months with asking the leasing office about it to actually get the gate working. I asked about getting compensation during this time as I was paying for something I wasn't receiving but was rejected. This is also to mention that the gate breaks often and would be left open for anyone to enter or park their car in and by the time of writing this review the gate is STILL BROKEN with no updates from management. This might not sound like a big deal but there have been people smoking in the garage, there have been homeless people camping in there, and I have had things stolen out of the garage to little concern of the management when I reported it to them. Security is a big concern of mine and I wish it was taken more seriously here. Another problem while not too related to security is that there is a million delivery drivers who will park their cars in the garage, in front of the garage, or in the entrance to the parking lot behind the building and they block the way in or out so you cannot leave. While I understand that's not something the management can really fix I'm surprised it's a problem that I deal with weekly and it is very annoying. I'm hoping these are problems that can be fixed in the last few months of me living here but I'm not too hopeful. I feel that the amount I pay to live here these should be non-issues.

The entire leasing office team here is incredibly warm and welcoming! They always respond quickly and help us solve any issues right away. Dan from maintenance is absolutely amazing — he can fix anything and always does it with such professionalism and kindness. Plus, there’s a wonderful café right downstairs, so we get to enjoy great coffee the moment we wake up. Living here has been so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly do NOT recommend Latitude to anyone. The lease transfer / subleasing policy is outrageous. If you need to move out early, you are basically forced to lose the equivalent of THREE MONTHS of rent. This is completely unreasonable and absolutely not renter-friendly. What makes it worse is that this was not clearly explained or emphasized at signing — you only find out how bad it is once you’re already stuck. On top of that, the HVAC system is a disaster. The air conditioning / heating breaks repeatedly during the winter, when you actually need heat to live comfortably. I’ve dealt with constant issues, unreliable fixes, and no permanent solution. Living here during colder months was genuinely miserable. For the price they charge, this place delivers terrible management, terrible maintenance, and zero accountability. They are happy to take your money, but when problems come up, you are on your own. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. There are far better apartments out there. I regret choosing this place and would never live here again.

As a vendor i have worked with latitude and there staff for many years, they have always had a Team of individuals that have always been very responsive to any issues we have had and gotten them resolved in a very timely manner and almost every time exceeded my expectations. Speaking from experience and dealings with other student housing facilities they all have hiccups from time to time which is to be expected but with that being said working with the latitude staff has been amazing especially working with the General manager and the maintenance supervisor Dan.

I really liked the tour that was conducted by Collin. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I don’t think I had a single question unanswered. I’m very excited to live here next year, and I cannot wait to be apart of a community that is so helpful and welcoming! I can’t wait to make the best out of my college years, and I’m happy that this is where I’ll be able to do that :)
