West Quad - Champaign, champaign-il

The maintenance team here is truly amazing, especially Harvester! Every time we have needed help, they respond so quickly and are always incredibly kind, friendly, and positive. They make everything feel so easy and stress-free, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who live here. It’s so refreshing to interact with a team that is not only efficient, but also warm and welcoming. Their hard work and great attitudes never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they do!

Jordan was awesome to work with! She was super responsive, always followed up, and really took the time to help me work through my options 🫶 Ian also gave a great tour of the apartments, amenities, and shared spaces. Overall, it was a really great experience. Definitely recommend!

West quad has made my senior year living experience so amazing! The volleyball court and pool are absolutely amazing and ive spent so many hours with my friends out there. It is so fun and everyone here is so happy and inclusive. The houses are also amazing and my townhouse feels like a home. It is so big and spacious and the remodel they just did is so nice.

I have loved my experience living here. The maintenance staff have a great attitude and are great at their jobs. There are a lot of events put on by management with free food, drinks, and activities for everyone. Not to mention the great amenities such as the pool, hot tub, jumbotron, gym, and sauna. I would definitely recommend living here!

West Quad is the best apartment complex on the UIUC campus, offering an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and amenities. The on-site fitness center is well equipped and includes a sauna, which I use regularly. In addition, the maintenance team is consistently responsive and professional, addressing requests promptly and ensuring that the property is well maintained. Overall, West Quad provides a high-quality living environment that supports both academic focus and personal wellness.
