Lived here for 2 years and haven’t had any problems. The only problems that I’ve ever experienced were with the other residents living in the area, either being too loud or dirty. Other than that, the actual building and staff are good and have a good system. Also they have good prices and a good location which helps a lot as a college student.

Wish giving zero stars was possible. Current resident here and we have not had working AC all year long with consistently being told they are going to “have someone look at it” and having multiple people come by yet absolutely no progress. Their only solution was portable AC units for our room while they are “waiting for a response from the external vendors” for months at a time. Absolutely no compensation for this as well despite the apartment unit getting as hot as 87 degrees F. Do not lease here as it seems like they can never solve problems. Apartment complex walkways are fairly always dirty, as with the staircases and elevators as well. The trash and recycling is overflowing most of the time as well.

Very sweet gentlemen who fixed the issue of door having a gap and allowing cold air to enter. One of them brought cat treats for the kitties here! I’m very thankful. :) But I waited a week after putting the request in, and I was worried about the cold air affecting our electricity bill throughout the week. Hopefully response time can be quicker in the future. Overall, great service and wonderful people!

I wish that I could give this place zero stars. They will try everything possible to take advantage of you and extort as much money from you as possible. Take your money and live somewhere else. Nobody I know that has lived here has had a pleasant experience. I'm constantly going back and forth with these people for them over-charging me. Last year they even cancelled my friend's lease without telling any of us living with her and were just going to assign a random person to live with us until we threatened legal action. Someone's roof caved in on them too last winter. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It is also just unsafe in general since the doors are always unlocked and the spaces are never cleaned. The elevators don't even have inspection certificates inside them. Even for a college apartment this place sucks.

Pretty underrated place to live tbh. I think they got a flurry of negative reviews when the were doing renovations 2 years ago but they're a pretty great and relatively affordable place now. Haven't had any problems in the 1.5 years me and my roommates have lived here.
