Apollo Tempe has amazing amenities. Tons of workspaces, really impressive. There’s a pool in the inner courtyard, and the rooftop is great with three pools, a giant screen, and a genuinely cool vibe. Staff is helpful, nothing to complain about there. Cleanliness overall is so-so. Not necessarily the staff’s fault, but with so many students, common areas are not always well taken care of. Now the huge warning. The windows are basically not windows. They are absolutely not soundproof. If your unit faces the street and you are even slightly sensitive to noise, this place is a nightmare. You hear cars as if they were inside your room. On top of that, there is a construction site right across the street. Every day from around 6am, nonstop construction noise, alarms, machines, everything. For me, it’s simply impossible to live here if you’re sensitive to noise. Which is such a shame, because everything else is really nice. I honestly don’t understand why they didn’t invest in proper soundproof windows.

Gracie is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into Apollo, she’s welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. She always greets everyone with a smile and makes check-ins quick and effortless. What really stands out is how attentive she is — she remembers people, takes the time to help with any questions, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk. Her positive energy really sets the tone for the whole experience. Gracie truly makes Apollo feel organized and inviting every time I visit.

I’ve been living in Apollo for almost a year now and I really believe that this is one of the best student housings near ASU. The staff and maintenance are very forthcoming about any requests or complaints. Special shoutout to Cora, who works at the front office. She has always been so helpful and responsive whenever I would have any concern or issue.

I was visiting a family friend at Apollo. We were having trouble with finding the workout area and ended up running into one of the workers there, Kevin. He was extremely helpful and kind to us and even spotted my friend lol. Overall my brief experience at Apolo was great would love to live here especially if all the staff is as pleasant as the interaction I had.
