Did a tour of the complex today. The renovated units are gorgeous, the brick interior on some of the walls is amazing. Open floor plan is really a nice touch. Morgan did the tour for us and she was great at answering questions and showing us the amenities. Only downside is the units aren’t available until beginning of July, which doesn’t work out the best for my moving timeline. Open on Sundays for tours too!

​Run run run run Do not rent here. Horrible place and toxic environment. They keep hitting me up with me owing them money lmao. They owe me a lot of money. Run run run as a social worker this place is unliveable ​This place is a nightmare, and I am moving out largely because of the hostile behavior of the staff (yamaka guy) ​The guy who wears a yamaka has a bizarre, massive vendetta against me. Even after he literally sprayed my dog and me with water, I bent over backwards for months trying to be polite, say hello, and just keep things civil. Every single day, he completely ignored me or acted like a total creeper. When the laundry machines stole my money (which happens constantly here), he literally just sat there and smirked at my frustration. It is incredibly uncomfortable to deal with that kind of hostility where you live. ​On top of the toxic staff, the property is infested with cockroaches that come out multiple times a day, even with the lights on. ​nothing good about this place. It should be closed down with all the cockroaches. I pray thr Maintenance guy gets over him self and too not hold grudges because u sprayed my dog..could have complained about him too but I didnt!! Should have maybe that would have changed his toxic demeor..like creepy!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had going through the apartment rental process. ireally want to shout out Amy in the leasing office she was super fun to work with and really knew her stuff. I reached out to her listing on Facebook Marketplace, and she got back to me super quickly—within just 10 minutes, she had me on a video tour of the apartment. . I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded my application fee after I got accepted, which shows how committed they are to customer service. I’m really happy with my new home. The building has this cool retro vibe and is in great shape. My unit is completely renovated with brand-new appliances, which is awesome. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Tempe, close to everything I need, plus a grocery store is just next door. I definitely recommend Agave Apartments if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

A year here was more than enough to see who they really are. I've lived here for over a year, and what I can tell you is this the staff and management have a serious problem treating residents with basic human dignity. Whether it's how they communicate, how they respond (or don't) to concerns, or just the general attitude when you walk in it's consistent, and it's not okay. I won't spell everything out, but if you're a person of color especially African I'd strongly advise you to think twice. The way certain residents are treated compared to others speaks volumes without a single word needing to be said. Go at your own risk. You've been warned.

Applied for a unit 7/3/2026. I was advised I was to be sent a link to provide my income verification docs etc. Paid the $195 to apply and hold the deposit. Was told I'd get a call 7/6/2026 regarding their decision (mind you, I was approved to lease at a different complex/PM company). Never received an email to upload my income docs and was then sent an email advising me I was denied? Funds have not been returned. Totally a scam. Never trusting these Facebook leasing agents again. I want my money back.
