Signature Hartwell Village, seneca-sc

My son had an excellent experience living in this apartment complex. He was in a 3 bedroom. This place was consistently safe, quiet, well maintained, no problems with parking, friendly and respectful community, staff were approachable and helpful. Overall it was perfect. We are truly grateful. I highly recommend it 😊

I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and preparation within management. Currently project is undergoing and the dates as well as the times were not properly confirmed with the residents. After a long day at work I now cannot go into the apartment I pay for. I also did as much as I could reaching out to almost all of the staff to confirm that I could enter my apartment at the specific time I got off. A lot of my questions can’t be answered and are pushed off as being fine. Overall the price is not worth the quality.

Read this before signing to live here! I’m not somebody who complains a lot or write reviews, but this place is really not up to par in any way. You could assume your apartment won’t look like the model, but oh WOW does it really not! Me & my roommates moved in & it’s one of those places that no matter how “clean” it is it somehow is so disgustingly dirty. The whole complex smells faintly of trash as well. If you’re touring definitely go onto other floors and just check out the trash left in the hall, or the residue left from it (they can say people aren’t allowed to do it and that they send notices, but literally nobody listens). The price is insane for what you get, even if it was brand spanking new. Don’t be fooled as you could live in much better CLEANER places for the same cost around here. I could go on, but I’ll just lastly add how the management is a huge problem. The part time office staff are nice of course, but the property/office manager will blatantly lie to you. I know a handful of people who live here, and we’ve all tried to complain about something, but Wallace will quite literally refuse to see you. He refuses to discuss things or acknowledge. If you gather anything from this message, just do a few more tours around the area and I promise you, you will find something better, or at least somewhere where the prices makes sense for what you get.

Signature Hartwell Village is incredibly safe and convenient. I feel very comfortable walking the grounds at night. Kenneth, the property manager, is a great guy. He once noticed my car window was left open and called me immediately to let me know.

My son is a transfer student to Clemson University and Janiya, with Signature Hartwell Village, went above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns all within a very timely manner with professionalism and kindess. She even reached back out to ensure that all was well. Janiya's kindness and attention to detail has helped to make this transition worry-free and seamless. Thank you!
