I’ve lived at the Cove for the past 3 years and I love it! It was previously known as Dockside, but the new management has been absolutely lovely!!! I love living here and recommend it to everyone searching for nice housing in a perfect location.

I've had a great experience at The Clove in Clemson. The atmosphere is very welcoming and modern. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food and entertainment options around the first floor are great to have nearby. On class days, the shuttle is super convenient to get to class and has been reliable and on-time all year. The Clove is a great spot to live while you go to clemson or work in the area. the grounds are beautiful and always clean, plus you have direct dock access to the lake. I’ll definitely be living here for the rest of my time in college and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live near campus.

I live at the Cove for my sophomore year at Clemson! I’ve really enjoyed living at here and can't wait to spend more time here in my upcoming semesters. The amenities are amazing, especially the gym and the lake. The gym is well maintained and convenient, and the lake area is such a peaceful place to relax and spend time outside. I especially love going to Coyote Coffee and enjoying my drink sitting out by the picnic tables while getting some homework done. I love my room and have the privilege of living pool view which adds the best touch. The whole community has a really welcoming atmosphere and it genuinely feels like home. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to live with great amenities and a great sense of community as a whole and I recommend it to anyone in the area looking for an off campus apartment!

I have lived here for two years and overall had a good experience. The only recurring issues I experience are with the fire alarms and the parking garage. The fire alarms tend to go off randomly, sometimes in the middle of the day and sometimes in the middle of the night (4am). They can take a while to turn off and often require the fire department to come and it adds more noise. The parking garage can also be a little difficult to navigate. Larger vehicles often park near corners, making turns tight when other cars are coming through at the same time. I’ve had a few close calls with other drivers because of the limited space. Since Hipburger opened nearby, they occasionally clean and pressure wash late at night after closing. Some nights this has gone on until around 11 pm, which can be a bit noisy while trying to sleep. Other than that, the staff has generally been helpful and understanding. During my time here, both my HVAC and dishwasher needed repairs, and maintenance fixed them in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it’s in a great location for the price, and I would recommend it to students looking for a place to live in Clemson. Considering coming back myself for a 3rd year.

Ive lived at The Cove at Clemson for 2 years now and really like it. The amenities are great, especially the gym, pool, and study areas. It’s also super convenient being so close to Tap In Putts and Brews since it’s an easy spot to go hang out with the guys. Overall it’s been a great place to live as a Clemson student.
