I loved it. Everything was great. My roommates were Nice and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed and offered help when needed. The people up front were also very nice. They were very assuring and welcoming as well. I’m very excited for the rest of my stay!

Hal and Jessica are amazing people! Hal gave an amazing tour, helped me through the entire process and made me feel confident in my decision to apply for a lease! Great people and awesome communication.

I would give them negative stars if I could. If you put together a staff that has no clue what’s going on, and money hungry property management, you’ll have tiger propeties. I signed a lease with this company super excited to start college, and I thought everything was going to be fine. Upon moving in, a disgusting scene of left behind items, dirty rooms, and bugs EVERYWHERE (dead and alive) greeted me. This was my first apartment leasing, and they fully took advantage of me. Not only did majority of my maintenance requests get ignored, the front office also has no knowledge of the company they work for. They give answers based on what scam the owners are trying to pull at the time. As much money as these people can get from you, they will! My unit was broken into multiple times, as well as my neighboring unit and multiple others. Maintenance did nothing about this, even though the assailant broke windows and locks on the doors. Your maintenance requests will be ignored, and they will subtract every last cent from your security deposit. Every year, the prices of every unit goes up, although no renovations or improvements are made. The units only get worse, as all the wear and tear gets covered up cheaply. All in all, tiger properties just wants your money. They would take your money and leave you on the street if they could. My experience was terrible and I would never rent with these people again. I am simply writing this in hopes that another young college student doesn’t get taken advantage of like I did. There are plenty of cheaper, more in area apartments to choose from, and I wish I had someone to warn me not to move in here. WARNING!!! The pictures and video below are DISTURBING and DISGUSTING. Please be advised!!

The place itself and staff are nice. However, the company itself is predatory and holds a large amount of real estate and will raise rent yearly despite changing nothing new in the complex. You will not get your security deposit back and will be nickel and dimed for small things after moving out. Make sure that things like light bulbs are changed and to clean the place, because you will be overcharged by them for that and other minor problems that can be easily done with a single work order(which are already unreliable). I do not recommend renting from them but it seems like you often do not have a choice.

Extremely Unprofessional Management and Disappointing Experience Since the very first day I moved into this place, I’ve constantly faced unreasonable excuses and been forced to accept things that make no sense. When I first came to see the unit, they told me the house would be fully renovated ,but after moving in, I realized only a small part had been vacuumed, and nothing else was done. Later, when I found bed bugs and reported it, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me, saying I brought them from my previous home — which is completely false. My former neighbors never had any issue, and the place I left was perfectly clean. When they couldn’t find another excuse, they accused me of buying furniture from Marketplace, claiming that’s how the bed bugs came. In reality, I bought all my furniture at a very high price from reliable stores. Another terrible experience happened when a pipe inside the wall burst and caused water leakage. When the management came to fix it, they accused me of trying to hang a picture on the wall and said that’s why the pipe broke , which is absurd. I never hang pictures, and that wall wasn’t even suitable for it. Whenever there has been a problem in the house, and I reported it, they always charged me for the repair costs ,even when it wasn’t my fault. Most recently, I paid my rent on October 29, but they still marked it late in their system and added a late fee dated November 10, even though the rent was paid on time. I have never had a good experience here. The management team has no sense of human behavior or manners, and it’s absolutely not good management practice to discriminate against tenants or clients. Each time, they treated me with a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. I’m deeply disappointed with such a leasing team.
