Bixby on College, clemson-sc

Bixby is a really nice place to live and is just a short walk to the border of campus, which is perfect if you don't have a car or don't want to have to drive. The staff are always friendly & helpful, and maintenance is quick if you need to put in a request. The place is well-kept, and I would highly recommend.

Love this modern, well maintained apartment complex. Great location and easy walk to the downtown bars and restaurants. It has great amenities from the swimming pool, lounge areas and gym! Management team is super helpful and friendly. Maintenance was also great, quick to respond and fix a washing machine issue within a few minutes. Highly recommend.

Bixby on College is possibly the best walkable apartment complex in Clemson. It is a little further from campus than downtown, meaning it is not affected by the noise of downtown's 10 bars. The amenities are great. The building is continually kept clean, greatly improving the resident experience. The complex is also secure, and the office staff are helpful and friendly. Even in the off-season, the pool is kept clean, preventing it from becoming a disgusting pond. If you can afford it, I would strongly recommend living here.

I’ve been to Bixby a bunch visiting friends and honestly always thought it was a really nice place. The apartments and amenities are super nice, and the whole property has a good atmosphere. It feels like a fun place to live while still being really comfortable and close to campus.

My friend lives at Bixby and has had a really positive experience there. The property is always busy with events and the common areas are kept nice. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly and helpful too.
