Avoid at all costs! To the Property Owner- Bribing people to write a 5 Star review is pathetic. They take advantage of the collage students, because they can. The fact that their is fees for stupid things, and they can't keep track of who does and doesn't have insurance, so they just bill people and hope it's unseen. Consistently changing staff, even when their are good employees is ridiculous. You get use to one person then the next time its a new person. Telling maintenance to Band-aid a problem, instead of FIXING it. Subfloor waring away- Lets put linoleum over it. Mold issue? Lets PAINT over it. The point where you can see growing mold on the outside of the apartments. Potholes everywhere. During the bad snow storm, you kept telling residence that the lot would be plowed. It wasn't done until almost a week later. Several people slipped and fell. You had RESIDENCE shoveling the sidewalks and even the parking spots. Yes it's not a 5 star place, yet the Property owner Needs to Do Better! You own a property, you need to actually care and improve. Lazy property ownership.

The atmosphere has definitely shifted since I’ve been here. I’ve been here the last two years, and a lot of changes have been made by Bailey, the office manager, Michelle, Greta, and everyone who takes part in rivers edge. Including the maintence guys! Immensely grateful for our new HVAC! It works like a charm and they all made sure it was taken care of. Thank you.

Great community for students!!! 😃staff super helpful, and responds quickly… property looks GREAT! They even have a salt water pool and tanning bed for FREE!!!

I’ve really enjoyed living at River’s Edge Student Living. One of my favorite things is the clubhouse — it’s a great space to hang out or get work done, and the free coffee is a huge plus. I also love that residents have access to the tanning bed and can use it as often as they want, which is a really nice perk you don’t find everywhere. Overall, it’s been a fun and convenient place to live with some great amenities that make a difference day to day.

I’ve had a great experience in the leasing office. They are professional, approachable, and always willing to help when questions or issues come up. They communicate clearly, stay organized, and make sure the office runs smoothly. I really appreciate how supportive and respectful they are toward both staff and residents. It’s clear they care about their work and their team, and it makes the work environment positive and efficient
