WARNING EVERYONE The property management staff here is completely useless and needs to be replaced. The only good worker is the ONE maintenence guy who is extremely overworked/booked. The two management girls sit in the office and do nothing...when you try to get them to do something about a problem in your unit they together just yell in your face and blame it on you. Furthermore I had to pay for damage done to my window that magically appeared over the summer after a big storm when none of us were living there!! I am so glad I don't have to live their anymore

The Property Manager has and continues to work tirelessly for her residents and employees. She does her very best to help residents with any issue they may have. She is wonderful and continues to handle things professionally even in the face of hardship and hateful people. If I could wish for one thing, it’s that the residents had more faith in her. When things don’t happen as quickly as you want, it’s not because she’s not doing her job. It’s because the contractor can’t get there right that second, the parts/thing needed takes a minute to get delivered, or your broken garbage disposal doesn’t hold a candle to three apartments flooding at once because a water line broke (just an example). The fact is that she does her job beyond what others would or could do in this complex, and i’m thankful for her and her continued efforts.

The property manager is one of the hardest working people I know! She is always striving to make sure her people and her community are taken care of to the best of her knowledge and ability. Highly recommend!

This school year-2023 it has been a disaster over the summer my daughter was left without ac without any accommodations in a heat wave it took the apartment complex 3 months to fix the ac. My daughter received bills over $300 of electricity due to the ac problem. Supposedly was going to get some waiver or compensation but nothing. Now under this winter weather below 30 degrees weather she is currently without heat. Very unacceptable. Subcontractors attempts to “fix it” but the HVAC is just old. No accommodations are offered. After hours are limited to fix or do accommodations. Bare minimum is done at these apartments. Bad customer service.

Can’t even begin to explain how terrible of an apartment complex this is. They don’t follow pieces on their end of the lease- like spray for spiders and bugs every 60 days. (We’ve have wolf spiders in our beds). The ac unit in our apartment has been racking up bills of 400$ and the energy supplier called to say something was wrong with our unit. When we asked for them to replace it they forgot and a month later claimed it’s been on “backorder” all this time- here we are almost three months later and nothing has been done to fix it and we are required to pay the outstanding bills. Another unit is experiencing the same problem. I was required to pay a 25$ fee to get a new parking pass when my old car was totaled and I couldn’t retrieve the pass- it wasn’t in the lease or policies and procedures and when I asked about it they said “oh it’s in the towing policy” which doesn’t exist online or in the lease, only in the office. They are supposed to deep clean the carpets prior to move-in and my friend’s apartment was clearly not done and smelled like straight dog urine. This fall we flushed minimum 45 stink bugs from one side of the apartment and the complex said there was no product they could use to get rid of them- well I understand if that’s the case but it was definitely concealed from us when we went to go rent the apartment. Everyone we know in this complex has had similar problems so this isn’t a unique experience. We pay 600$ a month to be tricked and also treated very rudely by some of the personnel. The maintenance guy is the only good thing about this complex. Would not recommend this place to anybody, try the Chase instead. And we’ll be filing a complaint with Virginia Tech in the hopes that they will dissuade students from staying here.
