Look, the place is pretty nice but I will never understand the braindead decision to make the parking pass a hangtag when a large portion of your tenants are students or staff at Virginia Tech who also require a separate hangtag for their lots. The moment you forget to switch them out one day, boom. Car gets towed. Other than that it isn't too bad, if a bit on the expensive side

I do not live here. However my daughter is at Tech. Residents had a social there and the guests cars were towed because they were not in the guest spots. Only about 10 guest spots in the location she was at. $185.00 later car was released. This place has some screwy parking regs. If your students go there tell them don't bother and find somewhere else to meet their friends. Towing guy doing what the powers that be dictate.

Lived here almost 2 years now, first year the rent was perfectly affordable, now they're hiking it up due to management changes and the fact that they are partially furnishing apartments (we got a TV, that's all), but aside from the rent increase, there's been no bugs, no mold, the maintenance people come 1-2 days after you call them to fix things, and the location is right next to the PHD bus line which is really convenient. Also not many visitor parking spaces but you do get a parking spot for free if you live here which is nice and there's always empty spots.

When paying an arm and a leg for an apartment of this caliber is completely unacceptable with the other apartment choices in blacksburg. When moving in there are tons of issues including showers not working, doors being hard to open, and the ridiculous additional fees that they give. There is also false advertising on their page as they say that they provide ethernet, but when calling they say that it isn't in any room or living room at all. For a normal priced apartment all of these things would be acceptable, but for the price you pay here I would say this is unacceptable.

Was living here for a year. The rent was perfect and was one of the best places to live. Now they are hiking up the rent to insane prices and the rooms are still small for 720 dollars rent. The WiFi goes of once every 2 weeks and you’re forced to use WiFi from this one terrible company that takes 2 days to fix. The new management is terrible!
