I've lived here several years and only realize how rediculous the experience was until I moved. I was locked out of my unit twice at night when the new leasing term started because they updated the locks without any notice. I signed a renew-transfer lease at that time. Even though I did not need to move, my lock was still updated and I have to get my fob updated also in the leasing office, which was closed long before I got back that day. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they just said that many other people had the same problem as if it was not a big deal. Communication with the staff was also a struggle. They hired a lot of interns who didn’t actually have the authority to help. Some full-time employees, like Tyler, only did the bare minimum to get by. I have switched units a few times, and once I moved into a place where the washing machine was full of vape pens (yes, literally) and tons of debris. Toward the end of my lease, my rent went up by almost $300, and that’s when I decided to move. In my final year, the dryer in my unit broke. Even though I reported it several times, both online and in person, it was never fixed for months. It stayed broken until I moved out. HVAC was extremely loud by the way, I can't sleep without earplugs.

Very friendly staff and a very seamless move-in process. Having signed a lease sight unseen, the apartment is very spacious and the complex is very nice. Would recommend to anyone! Update: The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. But of no fault of their own, packages often get stolen or open from this location. So beware when placing a delivery order that it may not get to you. Additionally, getting maintenance to fix anything is a joke. My dryer has been having issues with making a loud mechanical whirring noice and stopping mid-cycle. I can only do one load of laundry per day or the dryer stops working. I’ve placed over 7 maintenance requests to fix the problem, talked to the front desk, and then emailed the manager. All for the problem to not be fixed. This is not only my experience either, many other people have this problem. So again, beware that most things broken in your apartment when you move in will likely stay broken.

I’ve been living here for over a year, and it’s been nice to see Paloma getting better over time. Maintenance has been timely, the staff is friendly, and there are more community events now, which really makes it feel like a community.

absolutely terrible. DO NOT SIGN HERE. they are terrible at communication via the resident portal and their whole texting system. you either have to talk to someone in person, wait 5 days for an email back, or speak to someone on the phone to get a reply. they are super sneaky too. i was only able to tour a model unit which is obviously going to look super nice. i was given a price during my tour then my lease had a $150 difference from what i was quoted. i had friends sign a 1b1b here and their units have a half wall, which is basically like a studio and they were not told this. truly deceitful. i don't even know how they're allowed to get away with this. and i have also heard stories of people signing leasing and the price of their unit drops before they even move in yet they don't get the price match. why are they being punished for signing the lease EARLY? they should fully be getting the price match. make it make sense. management is clearly deceptive and untrustworthy. please dont make the mistake of signing here
