Don’t live here unless you like roaches the size of school buses. Everything leaks. Management keeps getting worse and worse. Oliver is great but yeah I wouldn’t live here. Not worth the money or headache.

The lady that used to work in the office when i moved in about a year ago was an angel. She would make every process so simple and easy and was open to the residents like family member and would treat us like family. Anytime you need her just walk straight into her office and she would help you out and solve your concerns but this new lady named Theresa Napoli is not even close to her. She keeps her door locked. You make appointment to meet her she cancels on the last minute. Sometimes on your appointment she won’t be there. She doesn’t reply to emails and never answers calls as well. The old lady manager would always pick calls.I really miss the old manager and the ease of doing things with her. I wish if they can bring her back to make life easy again.

Do not move here so many people lives were disrupted because of the property manager Theresa Napoli she came in here gave out eviction notices never tried to negotiate. Never try to come to an agreement and so many people lives were ruined because she lied. They had a moving special going on. I paid the amount as soon as I moved in I got a negative balance on my account next thing I know I’m being threatened with eviction notices. After that when I tried to reach out to her, she does not respond she cancels meetings. She’s very disrespectful. Takes forever to get things fixed even when I try to do a payment arrangement the legal way she deliberately ignored the payment arrangement deliberately ignored the lawyers so that she could add more onto my back payment even though she locked me out my account so anytime I try to make a payment I couldn’t because she locked me out of my account since the first month I moved in 1220 corporation needs to apologize to the many that were affected by this property manager. And when you did make a payment finally you don’t even see it on your account so I don’t even know where the money went till this day my balance never went down even though I paid them. Where is the Money

I Wanted to write a review about this place. I wanted to tell you about how relatively simple it was to move into the building, How good the facilities are, and how helpful the staff can be. I wanted to tell you that over 4 years the place was a worthwhile experience. I can't lie to you. The lobby is nice, the staff with a few notable exceptions are not. The apartments are small, and the rent is huge. The Building is full of mice and roaches, and you're lucky if you're apartment isn't full of noise. It is a struggle to keep the heat in, in the winter; Good luck staying above 55 degrees. The fixtures leak, and the wiring is old; most apartments are on one single breaker. The Management will smile, and listen to your complaints, but will not take a phone call or reply to an email. They will act as if they are there to help you. I lived here for 4 years during Undergrad, spent thousands on rent, and 7 months later, I am still dealing with them to get my security deposit back.

Terrible management. Rude staff The manager Shawn does not bother to respond to any communication. The staff has been so rude and harassing, no response whatsoever from management when this was complained about. The receptionist Oliver is rude and entitled. my apartment was broken into and instead of investigating this Shawn basically started defending his staff. I had to call the police to investigate because I felt unsafe. Terrible apartments. Mice and bugs are everywhere. Kitchens are tiny. Mold and water leaks. Trash chutes don't work. Terrible 'amenities'. Laundry room is extremely dirty and multiple machines are always out of order. Several machines in gym have been broken for months. Extremely loud noise and no sense of respect in 'study areas' - loudest noises come from front desk staff. Thrown away weed and cigarettes in the outdoor spaces. The floors are so disgusting they are never waxed or cleaned. Elevators do not work half the time. Enter the building and you will notice the unkempt miserable state- dirty floors, one disgusting bench stained black in the entry, all packages thrown around front desk in chaos, filthy and wornout flooring in elevators. Read the rest of the reviews and stay away from this place for your own safety and wellbeing Cherry on top, they will not let you end the lease so it will be too late if you move in.
