She was the main reason we even went for our lease at College Station. To everyone else viewing this go for this place just for its kind staff. Looking forward to staying here!

I have lived at College Station for nearly three years, and throughout my residency, management issues have been a consistent concern. Over the past three years, my rent has increased by several hundred dollars, yet current tenants leasing this year are paying significantly lower rates for same unit layouts. This lack of pricing consistency is difficult to understand and feels unfair to long-term residents. More recently, when attempting to resolve an issue, I was unable to speak with a manager despite asking the associate to connect me with her in any way. When I eventually reached management, I was told there was no higher authority to contact, leaving me voiceless with no avenue for escalation or resolution. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, my experience has demonstrated a lack of customer care and loyalty toward long-term tenants. Residents appear to be treated primarily as sources of revenue rather than as individuals whose living conditions matter. Management cares a lot when payments are due, but far less attentive when residents require assistance or support. I wouldn’t even recommend this student housing to my worst enemy.

Been a resident for almost 2 years. There’s a reason why it’s one of the cheapest apartments around UCF. Truck got broken into and bike at bike rack got disassembled over the weekend. Although it’s not the apartments responsibility for this, it shows the type of people around this specific area including the homeless people and the lack of support from the apartment in wanting to put in cameras. Zero surveillance or video outside anywhere. It’s not worth it to save the extra $100-200 a month. Just go to a different apartment to feel safer and more comfortable.

I have only lived here for a little over 2 months and already have a list of complaints. The big problem number one, masssive roaches and Miscellaneous other bugs constantly in my room. The walls are SO thin my room was closest to the stairs and every day I can hear people perfects going down and up. Not to mention the fact that the windows are so thin you might as well have them open, I get woken up every day by cars on alafaya or the trash guys every morning. “Landlord special” is the best phrasing I can use to describe how the apartment was when I moved in. They obviously grouted over moldy tile in the bathroom (which is now straying to crumble off) and there is paint splatters all over the floor that makes it look dirty even after constantly sweeping and mopping. There’s scratches and stains on my bathroom cabinets that won’t come off. And our sliding glass door is broken and maintenance came to “fix it” but it still isn’t right and they never came back after saying they would. The water is extremely hard and turns our drying rack for our dishes black in just a few days if not cleaned every day. I have pretty sensitive skin but I have never had this problem even in UCF dorms, the water in the shower and sink made my skin break out so bad and my bad as well, it also made my psoriasis flare up. Very hard water if you live here invest in a water filter. The dryer is horrible I always have to run it twice on the longest time setting for it to just not leave my clothes soaked. There is mold under the sink in the kitchen.The only good thing is the people who work in the office are very nice and are helpful with what’s in their control.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Multiple instances of crime, stolen packages, and pest infestations. Apartment was robbed and instead of installing cameras, they installed giant floodlights that beam into first floor rooms. Zero help when dealing with stolen items. Horrible horrible place.
