SHORT SUMMARY: Constant mold, constant cannabis smell in bathroom, dirty upon arrival, and suspicious energy bills. They love paint, expect nearly every surface and port to be painted and ports non functional. Also shout out to Collin, he's genuinely great. See below for in depth details: Not a good experience. Rent is expensive and I was charged an insane amount for electricity during the winter when I was the only one home for the break, and keep in mind I was at work from 9-6 almost every day so electricity usage was kept to a minimum with lights off. The charge was nearly double what we are usually charged which is unacceptable. On move in the rooms were nasty with dead bugs in the open, as well as dirty showers and sinks, the cabinets were disgusting as well. The Ethernet port had been painted over as well as every other surface including charging ports and light switches. It took more than 5 trips out from service to fix all 4 of our Ethernet ports (which were broken in the first place because they had painted inside the port). To add to that the management does next to nothing to enforce rules. The entire time I was at the apartment there was another apartment next to me that smoked cannabis, and the smell would leak into my bathroom, room, and kitchen. It got to the point to where there was smog in my bathroom. When reported to management they said they would send an email regarding the rules to our complex, and despite me sending multiple emails and making multiple calls, every time they said that they had to see the issue/smell it for themselves, yet would not come out until a week later to "check" on the smell despite it obviously having passed. I'm so tired of all of my stuff and my room smelling like cannabis and cannot wait to move out. The walk in closets are nice, just keep in mind they were designed improperly and have zero ventilation so they will always have a musty smell no matter how clean you keep it. The bathroom fan is underpowered for the space, meaning that mold thrives in the bathroom. The sink and shower drains also clog every other week. I also must mention that on move in day my roommates room had black mold above the bed, and even the freezer had black mold, how does that even happen? To add to all this, I was also attacked by a raccoon while leaving my apartment 😭. 0/10 would not recommend, there are so many cheaper places. I do not blame the actual maintenance people at all, only management, maintenance team is great and quick to respond to issues, but their hands are tied when it comes to enforcing the rules.

I’m honestly shocked this place has a 3.7 rating it should be zero. The management is extremely money hungry and does nothing to maintain the apartments. I truly believe many of those reviews are fake or bought. I lived here and even renewed my lease once; when I left the country over the summer, the unit was supposed to be cleaned, but nothing was done. I returned to a mess left by roommates and was unfairly charged $500 for damages I did not cause. They take advantage of students, provide poor maintenance, and lack real management. I was also charged $300 just for losing a key fob. I genuinely don’t understand why anyone still leases here this place overcharges for horrible conditions and offers nothing in return.

The resident experience specialist Sophia is literally amazing! When I was resigning, I needed some stuff changed around and she was exceedingly helpful and understanding.

Management and maintenance is unhelpful at best. Unreasonably high prices for the substandard quality of the apartment. Upon moving in, both the washer and the dishwasher were dysfunctional. Later, we had to deal with a loud and bulky dehumidifier because of their poor quality air conditioning causing a leak in another unit. Additionally, if you have an issue over the weekend, they say they won’t send maintenance unless it is an “emergency.” Apparently, an unusable kitchen sink for days does not constitute an “emergency.” More money is spent on giveaways and promotional material for potential residents than actually supporting the current residents. For example, they advertise their gym, while multiple pieces of equipment are not fully functional. Definitely do not recommend this complex to other students. There are better quality complexes for similar or cheaper prices. Also, unrelated to the previous grievances. We were told upon initially touring that residents don’t usually go over their electricity cap; however, that is apparently not the case. Despite being extremely conservative with our electricity usage, my roommates and I have consistently gone over every month for the 2 years we have been here. We spoke to other residents and found out they also go over, so we spoke to staff and they said it is completely normal for residents to go well over the cap, completely contradicting what we were initially told.
