Shannon, the property manager, is wonderful! She's answered any questions I've had, maintenance is included in rent and is done within a couple business days, and policies aren't draconian in contrast to what I've learned about MPM. Highly recommend, 10/10

I lived here for the last year and I thought it was amazing! The only reason my roommates and I are leaving is to get a house and cause we are adding new people, otherwise we would totally stay! The apartments are spacious and very well kept and the courtyards are great for tailgates! Although the actual apartment is amazing, the best part of living here is the people. The property manager Shannon is the sweetest human and truly cares for all the residents. She always is there to help and even gets food and snacks for everybody! The maintenance man Julio is also super nice and fast at fixing any problems you may have! I loved living here!

College Park has been a great place to live in! Management is nice, maintenance is good, rent is low enough, location is good, and the units are nice too! A great place.

I have lived at College Park for the past three years. I cannot say enough good things about the amazing property manager and maintenance man. They both work tirelessly around the clock to ensure that the residents have a comfortable stay and everything they need. Maintenance is always on top of any issues! It is a great location that sits right off the bike path, across from the Smith Starbucks, and between lake Mendota and Monona. The courtyards provide a beautiful greenspace to get outside and relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend!!

College Park Apartments is an amazing place to live as a college student! I've lived here for the past year and didn't hesitate to renew my lease! The apartments are very clean, spacious, and well-managed. There's on-site laundry, a heated garage, two beautiful courtyards, and a cute little study space in the office area! It's also a great location for UW students; ~10 min walk to Memorial Union/Union South and close to the Nick! The property manager, Shannon, is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is super responsive, cares about all of her residents, and is fun to have conversations with in the study room! Julio is the best the maintenance person! He never waits to start a work order and he does an exceptional job. He is incredibly kind and cares about the residents. Julio and Shannon make a great team! You won't find a better place to live in Madison! Thank you Shannon, Julio, and everyone else who takes amazing care of the apartment and the residents! :)
