don’t move here if u actually plan on sleeping 🫠 it’s 1am and sounds like a bowling alley upstairs. i told management and they did literally nothing but send an email lol. the noise actually got worse?? 🤡 walls are paper thin and quiet hours are a joke. if ur a student who needs to study or sleep literally go anywhere else ✌️😘

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live inside a social experiment—this is the place for you! The office staff have perfected the art of being rude with a smile — truly a masterclass in passive aggression. The washing machines add a unique tie-dye pattern to your clothes (bonus: it’s permanent!). You’ll never feel lonely, because there’s always a mysterious new “guest” sleeping in the lobby, which smells faintly of Eau de Urine. Elevator rides are an adventure, will it reek of vomit today, or is that just the ghost of last week’s pizza night? You never know! And if you order a package, consider it a donation to the neighborhood. All in all, 10/10 would recommend... to my worst enemy.

I was looking for an apartment for my daughter. We wanted something by campus and a place that would feel more like home. I came across The Embassy Apartments. As soon as I arrived I was greeted professionally with a smile by every staff member I encountered. The tour was pleasant and Paige was able to answer my many questions question about the location and community. The spacious layouts truly impressed me. The location is a convenient access to everything Madison has to offer. Overall, an exceptional tour that left me excited about the prospect of calling The Embassy the new home for my daughter!

Parents and students BEWARE! The Orosz management team will make trumped up charges so as to avoid returning your security deposit- this happened to multiple tenants in the building. Video everything if you decide to move into this place - take a video of the bed when you move in and out- all the walls, every single thing and DO NOT BELIEVE them when they say if you move out before a set date, that they will waive your cleaning fee - we complied with this and we’re still charged $300. Are students supposed to get on ladders to change the lightbulbs, that were all still working by the way, to avoid being nickled and dimed $4 per lightbulb? Lastly, we have appealed these charges, as the canned response from Orosz will suggest. We have asked for proof of how old the mattress they are charging $350 is and provided photos that show there were no stains. We were also told we could put nails in the wall if we patched them, which we did. Seems like a scam to steal from students - again, BEWARE of this shady rental situation. Really awful that these people who charge so much for rent find a way to stick it to students on their way out.

I’ve lived at the Embassy for a little over a year and it’s been a great place to live. Staff are friendly especially Paige and Mitch, maintenance is always ready and able and takes care of any concerns quickly, amenities are great, prices are the lowest you can find. It’s a great value, if you’re a student who’s trying to find a better place than the dorms to live this is the spot. It's downtown right next to campus, so the location is perfect!
