Has everything you need. Accommodating to students and provides parking (for a hefty fee). Reasonable rent especially for being on campus but not part of university housing. Cons: squeaky bed frames and old mattresses (since the apartments are furnished). Small refrigerators for 6 residents in one apartment. Also, the view SUCKS from your apartment if your on the side facing the church. Also, they lost one of my rent checks and charged me a late fee. I emailed Li Ann and she found the check and told me she wouldn't charge me the late fee. It was never resolved and I was never refunded the $50 late fee after I emailed and called her. She told me it was an accounting mistake but never responded after that. Pro: central air, awesome community room, prompt management, close to classes, got to stay for the whole summer ON CAMPUS, terrace and state st were super close.

It's a great place to live as it's the in the heart of the city beside memorial union, state street and close to most of the campus buildings. Additionaly, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and are always trying their best to make all the residents feel welcomed and inclusive in the pres house community. They have great community events like Wednesday snacks and dinners which are both a great way to meet people and make friends easily; not to mention the free tasty food that they offer to the residents.

This place is pretty great. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a place near downtown. The downside about living on the south side of the PH Apartments (facing Lucky) is the occasional beeping of physical plant, garbage disposal, and other big trucks backing up in the middle of the night. The downside to living on the north side is the restricted view due to the Presbyterian church wall. Other than that this place is quite convenient. I will miss living here.

Very personal apartment with a stellar location. Li Ann is undoubtedly one of the most kind and caring leasing managers I’ve had. She really takes the time to get to know her residents, listen to them, and advocate for their needs appropriately. Pres House also offers thousands of dollars in scholarship programs through the church that are led by Ginger.

I have been living here for a about a year now. Overall, It has been a great experience. Pros: -Great Location: Centered on East Campus Mall. It is less than 100 yards from humanities and a library and a grocery store are within less than a block -Quiet: Most of the residents are respectful and keep any kind of parties on DL. Not saying that you can't have a party though. -Rent and Scholarships: The rent is one of the lowest within a 2-3 block radius. The scholarships that they offer make that rent even more affordable. Also utlities and internet is included in the rent price and you can sign a lease as an indivual, which means you can pay for an entire year up front and then not worry about it. -Staff: The landlord, Li Ann French, is extremely responsive and very accommodating. Also maintainence is very prompt. -The apartments: They are quite spacious and everything is generally clean and working when you move in. They are better than what you would expect for a college apartment. Cons: -The Workout Room: It currently only has a treadmill and an ellipitcal. There is certainly space there to improve it. -The internet: Internet is provided along with rent, but the ISP tends not to be the most reliable. Every once in a while the internet will go out. If you really need to do something, just walk over to the library. Overall, this is a really great place. I plan to live here until I graduate and will continue to keep recomending.
