Apartment itself is fine, but: - The wifi is constantly dropping and coming back. - There are 3 dryers in my building and all three haven’t been drying for over 2 months - Several fellow residents in my building have complained, but instead of fixing the dryers, JDMccormick removed the dryers’ coin slots and made each run $0.5 more expensive. - The building’s door was broken for 3 months, then it was fixed, and not a week after it broke again. - My units’ washer has had trouble draining since move in, and after 5 visits from maintenance it still doesn’t drain all the time.

Having lived here for over two months I can honestly say it's not worth the money. Moved in and the place was disgusting (food in the pantry from the last tenants!!!). There was water leaking on our floor from the AC and our bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Another thing is that you can't rely on maintenance to fix anything. My roommate's toilet was overflowing and they had to fix it themselves! Also, none of the washers work ever. I'm constantly running from building to building to find a washer that works, and when I asked the property manager for an update on when they would be fixed he said it was the last thing on their list and laundry wasn't the most important. Overall poor management, not efficient or clean. Invest another $100 or $200 a month living in a better apartment.

My daughter has been living on the Campus Village apartment for 3 years now and she loves it. It’s so important for me as a parent to see the place so well maintained and how helpful the staff is. MC has been thorough and helpful with the process!

Wish I could give 0 stars. It took them 2 months after submitting a maintenance request to even come look at our ground floor windows that didn't lock (that faced a busy street). Apartment was beyond dirty when we moved in. We have been incorrectly charged for their Wifi provider for the last 3 months and have had the same email exchanges every. single. month. Spencer Graves (a newer hire I think) has been very helpful and courteous, but he alone cannot make JD McCormick a positive living experience. I highly recommend finding a different place to live.

JSM property management is fantastic. I've heard a few negative reviews from other students, but the people that run it are really amazing people. They're all down to earth and are always willing to help. Maintenance requests are answered within 2 days max and are always performed by friendly people. For 6 guys to live in a 2 bedroom with a loft (basically 3 bedrooms), it costs about $440/month/person after you include utilities. No other place on campus will give you a higher quality complex for the same price. Definitely consider living here!
