Amazing tour. Kyle was professional, friendly, funny, and well informed. He answered all our questions and was very transparent. He made sure we were aware of all possible changes that might happen so we wouldn’t be surprised by anything. The facilities themselves were well kept with constant plans of renovation. Overall a 10/10 experience. They even had a refreshment station in the model units where we were able to get free energy drinks, which was great since we only got 4 hours of sleep prior with no time to get coffee. Very well put together place.

My friends and I recently toured Icon Plaza and had a good experience. Ashley was really nice and took her time explaining everything to us. She answered all of our questions and even offered to buy us Starbucks but respectfully declined as we stopped by before the tour because Starbucks was conveniently located at this building!
