I checked out this student housing with my brother, and it’s a great setup. The rooms are nice, the location is perfect for school, and the whole vibe of the place is just right for students. Kyle gave us the tour and he was fantastic. He kept things super real, showed us everything we wanted to see, and answered all our practical questions without any sales pitch. My brother felt really good about the place, and Kyle made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Whether it was a maintenance request, cleanliness concern, or any urgent issue, they responded quickly and handled everything with care. Their hospitality and dedication made a big difference in the overall living experience. The property was kept clean, well-maintained, and comfortable because of their hard work. Marco, Sal, and Lopp always went above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. I truly appreciate their quick action, positive attitude, and excellent service.

Alexis is AWESOME!! Finding a home to call my own in LA is so tricky. Alexis was so helpful and kind she made the expirience smooth as can be even with the challenging market. The property is so well maintained and clean, it’s like its own oasis inside the big city!
