NUPPM is absolutely a unique living experience that is minutes away from the USC campus. The amenities are unmatched. Imagine having coffee and breakfast ready every morning! No dishes to do afterward! The NUPPM apartments reside among other student housing all along the adjacent streets. You will be safe, comfortable, and the rates are very reasonable.

When I was here, the property was very poorly maintained and the common areas were extremely unsanitary. Things broke frequently and were rarely fixed in any meaningful way, as they tried to fix everything themselves and rarely hired maintenance crews or replaced things with new equipment. Trash and broken furniture could literally be found scatted everywhere around the complex during my stay. The landlord Jerry is shockingly unprofessional in my opinion: he threw parties/gatherings during Covid, he frequently handed out weed, he would repeatedly hit on many of the female tenants, and was nearly always drunk. You should also know that they reserve the right to enter your common area at any time without notice, which is not a common practice anywhere else around campus. I am not a lawyer, but I am shocked that any of this is legal. You will get slightly cheaper rent here, but be aware of what you are getting yourself into.

Nice, clean, and safe at a great price. In the center of the parameter under USC’s security protection. Short walk to university amenities like USC Village and gym. Management is great. Brian and Jerry treat tenants like family.

Great place! It’s located within 1 minute walking to USC campus. The manager is very nice and professional. Breakfast is provided daily.
