J the maintenance guy is the absolute best!!! Not only is he so fast, helpful and effective but he is also so caring and lovable. You won’t get this level of care at any other apartment complex. We love you J!!!!

I had a great experience touring with Tyler, the leasing manager. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about the community and making sure people feel comfortable with their decision. The community itself was very clean and well maintained, and honestly the value for the price is really impressive compared to other places I’ve looked at.

The only upside to living at the enclave was the maintenance ppl getting ur apartment fixed asap. But otherwise not worth it. Far from campus. Bad amenities (GP is better). Moldy apartments. For the same price, your better off spending it elsewhere.

Misha has been amazing. She was very informative and helped us secure an apartment for my little sister. This will be the perfect first apartment for her.

Stephen was amazing with giving my preferred roommate and I a tour of the apartments ! He was open and upfront about what to expect. This was a very beautiful community, very elegant and quiet.
