I love this place! I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for spacious, affordable housing. The office is full of friendly people. Shout out to Dee for always responding quickly to maintenance requests, Andria for taking the time to answer all of my questions, and Kenya for always being bubbly and positive!!

Full disclosure I haven’t lived here since May 2025, but living at my new apartment I’ve realized how much I took Museum Walk for granted! I lived here all four years during college, and I honestly loved it! Over the years the staff had changed a lot, but almost all of them were super friendly and good at their job. I absolutely loved the maintenance lady Dee— she was the sweetest, great with communication, and always fixed things in a timely manner. The buildings are definitely older so there likely was some hidden mold, but for being built in the 90s, the units have been maintained remarkably well. I spotted a roach every now and then, but I’d consider that a normal amount for Florida lol. Overall it truly felt like a home instead of a mass-produced apartment, and if they’ve maintained their quality since I moved out, I’d definitely recommend living here!

My move-in experience has been really great since I walked into Museum Walk Apartments, I was welcomed in with welcome arms by Andria Lackey. She assisted with my move-in and heard all of my requests and made sure I understood what I signing up for. 10/10!!! Love it here

Kenya Pierre took me on a tour and she helped me with my apartment! I love that she heard me and made sure that I understood the leasing process. The follow up process is what made me sign here at museum walk apartments. She knows her property and that’s what made me fall In love with MW apartments. We need more people like her in the office!!! 🩵

I moved in to Museum Walk Apartments just a few weeks ago. After the first phone call with one of the leasing specialists, I got the needed information on pricing and extra information, with a follow-up email with the discussed facts. I later went through an apartment walk-through and was explained more in person what it is to be expected of. A huge thank you to Zachary, the leasing specialist who actually took the extra step and walked around the property to show me the bus stops and other needed information. The leasing offices are quite responsive and very organized regarding emailing and phone calling as promised. All the contracts and signed papers are neatly polished and written with no 'small font miss outs'. Moving in was exactly as I expected, clean room with a few undone details that aren't even worth mentioning. Since being new to town, the leasing offices were quite helpful with my first knowabouts of where to get groceries, bus stops, gyms, etc. The apartment comes with the access of a small gym with necessities such as a treadmill, elliptical, a seated bike, a pull-down machine and some dumbbells to get you going for a light workout sesh. The 'backyard' is also an awesome and clean area to get some barbecuing time in. The apartment itself was clean and cozy but that would be because of my roommates. The room was really empty, however. Do come prepared with some bathroom rugs, a shower curtain, garbage bin, lamp, bed accessories also. Try and get to know your roommates and don't be afraid to speak up if it's not the right click. I've had a few issues with the heating since my room is the farthest from the heater yet, I've had suggestions by Dee and for now, it's going great. I did have an issue with having zero internet at my apartment for about 4 days and that's because of some issue COX had stating that my modem was 'lost and missing' and the cables were wrongly attached. Would have been nice for MW to check for a working internet since I did make it clear I'd need it when moving in. However, I love how responsive the manager, Danielle is to suggestions and just issues that have come up and tried her best to fix them as soon as she could. Couldn't have asked for a better place in a quite location. Worth the money. Will update when I move out.
