Good apartment complex. Good rates, renew early to keep prices low. Great maintenance team, Dustin is always available, calm and honest. I wish management took care of disturbing neighbors better.

Dusty(Dustin) was an absolutely phenomenal worker. He arrived even earlier than my request to help fix my apt issue. He was also super empathetic of my concerns and was very humanistic in his approach. He even left me with a wise quote post service to reflect on and apply to my life. We should all be lucky to ever be services by workers like Dusty.

WE LOVE DUSTIN!! great person, great conversation, great service. He came about 7 years ago I learned in convo with him and he’s absolutely brilliant. Always asking residents how GP can improve and he’s always on it to make sure we feel right at home and respected. Dustin has helped with every concern from little to large. he is a great guy and really makes Gainesville Place apartments a big difference with his presence and hard work. thanks dustin!

I honestly love living here. It’s clean, safe, and the maintenance staff are amazing. Dusty specifically is amazing. He was intensely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and replaced my entire toilet in under two hours from when I began experiencing a leak. Can’t say good enough things.

Very appreciative of Gainesville Place maintenance. They are always incredibly timely and resolve issues very quickly. Dustin provided excellent service after our apartment had been dealing with recurring issues with our refrigerator. He troubleshooted everything under the sun and we eventually got to the bottom of the issue. Thank you again!
