Moving into the crossings was relatively an easy process. The staff at the student housing office were kind and informative. Affordable housing with perks. A conducive environment to focus on my goals, build consistency and produce good results. The nature around has also been very pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. Ricaurte. He has been very helpful during my first few months I have been here now. He even took the time to slow down for my mother who needed a few more rounds of the information to settle into a stress free reality. Hope everyone is having a fun summer ☀️ -Aaronn

The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Madison, Ramiro Ricaurte, and Brianna (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong!) for your professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout everything. You’ve all been incredibly helpful and have made every step of the process smooth and stress free. It really shows how much you care about the residents and the community you’re building here. I also want to give a big shoutout to the entire maintenance team they are always on point, responsive, and do an excellent job keeping everything running the way it should. It does not go unnoticed. I’ve truly loved my experience here since the very beginning. If it were up to me, everyone on this team would be getting raises and rewards across the board because that’s how much I appreciate the work you all do! Thank you again for everything. Ramiro was outstanding throughout the entire leasing process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly from start to finish.
