Champions' Club, fayetteville-ar

My son signed a Lease at the end of his Freshman year (May), which I was aware of (I'm his Dad). He decided not to return to the University of Arkansas soon thereafter. I reached out to the Building about getting out of the Lease, since it was just signed 2 weeks prior. I understand that my son (We) signed a contract, but the Management Team at Champions Club couldn't care less. We attempted to Sublease the unit throughout the Lease, but was unsuccessful. The Manager (Angel) said that they would also market the unit, in the hopes of taking over my son's Lease. That didn't happen either. I ended up getting connected with a Regional VP and I asked about an Early Termination Clause, to where I could pay a set amount of months in advance, to get out of the Lease. The Regional VP essentially laughed at me over the phone and said, "Your son signed a Lease. There is no way out of it." On July 1, 2026 (today), we are about to make the last payment of the 12 month Lease. We have paid (lit on fire) over $1,000 per month, for the last 11 months, for an apartment that my son has never stepped foot in. I understand we signed a Lease (contract), but Champions Club didn't provide any assistance throughout, even when I offered to pay 6 months of the Lease in advance, to get out of it. Buyer Beware.

Do not rent with this complex. I have had so many issues with management being scummy, being told to pay for things that I did not break, a $200 increase in rent just for them to announce renovations are being done and then to go back down on rent for the next year. They contract with a tow company who preys on cars in the middle of the night and when told that the guest spots are full, the drivers will tell you that it's "not their problem". They will pull stuff over on you and avoid taking accountability for anything. I have even been yelled at by one of the girls who works in the office when trying to discuss my utility bill. Avoid this complex if you can. After this review was written, the complex responded and the manager said that she was not here when some of this stuff happened. She was here when i got yelled at by a girl in the office and the new tow truck contract was not mentioned to anyone before it was changed. As well, after applying to a new apartment complex in the hope to leave this place, management simply refused to send over my rental history after many attempts to reach them and remind them. Do not trust these people. This is just another reminder that they will try and pull stuff over on you.

Having a serious mold issue in 104b...will update review based on the response and resolution... Update: Finally spoke with Angel the property manager and they moved my daughter and her roommate to another room while they address the mold. Changed review to 3 stars from 1

I told them in person, to their face, do NOT call me. They already had my phone number because to book a tour they need your phone number, and I am getting called everyday…

Champions Club Fayetteville has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and well-maintained everything is. The amenities are top-tier — especially the pool, 24-hour gym, and study lounges — perfect for both relaxing and staying productive. The Blonde girl at the front was incredibly friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, she responded quickly and always with a great attitude. If you’re a student looking for a safe, stylish, and fun place to live, I 100% recommend Champions Club. It really feels like a community here!
