Avoid this apartment complex like the plague. From the beginning at move in to the the end of the lease it was nothing but problems. At move in, the apartment was filthy and disgusting. The kitchen smelled horrible, there was trash all over and all the hvac vents looked like they have never been cleaned. They will raise the rates 15% and in return you horrible customer service and very rude staff. The manager is dishonest and will charge extra fees not related to you living there but rather related to the construction mess as the will be charging you for their construction dust. Also, be prepared to pay for amenities you can't use. Due to construction, we were not able to use the balcony and all the outdoor amenities but yet we we charged for them. That is called theft. This apartment complex is the worst I have ever experienced and I would highly recommend everyone avoid this hell hole.

Do not live here please. All amenities included in contract were unable to be used. Pool was closed off for construction, balcony was closed off for construction, and not to mention extremely loud. They will start construction at 8:30 in the morning with no regard for who’s inside their rooms. There is also continuous hidden little fees that drive rent. Appliances and lights stop working all the time randomly and there is almost never hot water for 4 people. Heed my words. You can barely turn on the street into the parking garage because of construction we couldn’t have foreseen. Atmosphere is terrible and if I could give it 0 stars I would. Will never live here again and recommend nobody ever live here.

I would give ZERO stars if I Could. I do not recommend living here speaking from experience. Management was extremely difficult to work with, and getting clear communication was a constant problem. I was told information would be sent to me and then never received it, and when I tried to address issues, I did not feel like management was willing to help or work toward a fair solution. The property also felt disorganized, and the apartment was not as clean or well-managed as I expected. Move-out was especially frustrating because extra charges were added, and I felt like there was very little communication or willingness to review the situation fairly. Overall, my experience living here was a nightmare. Between the poor communication, lack of organization, extra fees, and unhelpful management, I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment complex to be very careful, get everything in writing, take photos of everything, and document every conversation.

Location is great, few staff members are solid but everything else sucks. Always loud, always doing construction on the place (at least 2/4 years I’ve been here there has been major construction, not including the new construction behind the place that randomly blocks the entrance to the parking garage) and simple things like the wifi being out or trash chutes overflowing make it quite frustrating to live here. I also forgot, make sure to double check with the staff about your parking pass. I got towed while following their instructions and they could not have cared less. This place is very poorly ran.

Hey yall. I want this review to be as informative and true as possible so I just want to list out the facts and what I’ve experienced living at atmosphere this year. To start, rent seems to get more and more expensive every month. There seems to be different charges that are “explainable” but the initial rent given when I moved in was $999 a month, and each month my rent is around $1,400 which is a genuinely insane amount for an amount quoted to be $999. Next, CONSTRUCTION. The images shown of atmosphere when you look it up are incredibly different than our living conditions at the moment. There is scaffolding surrounding every single wall of every single building. The pool is basically inaccessible, the dog park is inaccessible, the sidewalks AROUND atmosphere are also inaccessible making it extremely difficult to get into the building. When the leasing office is closed you must find a way out of the apartment complex which is complicated and often involves walking around or over tons and tons of construction. I am extremely frustrated because I believe that construction is completely changing the experience of living here and bringing down the ability to take advantage of the things advertised. We have a balcony but unfortunately it is now completely surrounded by scaffolding, all the way past our balcony and past our door. I have woken up to construction basically next to my head and I live on a very high floor. I can’t keep my windows open during the day now because construction workers can look in my room or access our balcony at any moment. We got an email yesterday that starting today we cannot use our balcony’s at all and they will be completely closed off for construction. None of the construction was revealed to us even though it is obvious they planned this in advance. It makes living here extremely difficult and unappealing. The exterior of the apartment looks disgusting and they are doing all of this construction to a point where it is affecting quality of life at this apartment. I really hate writing reviews and I honestly never do but living here has been extremely frustrating. It 100% does not feel like the people that own this complex have any regard for their tenants and are doing things to benefit them at the expense of the residents. I met a guy in passing when I first moved into this apartment and he warned me to be careful living here because of the extra fees, and the owners not caring about their tenants. I shrugged it off and assumed it would be fine but looking back I should’ve heeded his words. Do not live here literally live anywhere else. I feel taken advantage of and I know my roommates and other residents feel the same way. I do not know a single person that I’ve met that is resigning their lease. I want to remain anonymous because I don’t want to get in trouble so I won’t attach pictures. But if you’re wanting to live here I recommend taking a big big big look around and talking to the residents that actually live here. Because you can save yourself a lot of heartache.
