Whitham Cottages, fayetteville-ar

I applied for a lease for next school year based on this listing, but after paying the $40 non-refundable fee, I was told the unit was only available for the current semester. The listing was unclear about that. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was non-refundable despite the inaccurate posting. Just sharing this so others double-check before applying!

Perfectly located blocks from the University of Arkansa campus and the restaurants it's perfect housing. This property is owned by someone who cares and has a management company that takes great care of us. The house I live in is two stories and all the bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. It is awesome because my roommates can have people over and I can have privacy. I also love that it has a laundry room and half bath of the first floor. The property is also very pretty, there is a large courtyard with benches. I suggest this be your first and last visit when looking for a place to live.

Was a great apartment when my friends stayed there for almost two years. Right next to UofA. Rent was great for the area you are in...and very safe.

Gorgeous , quiet property! Great home Away from home if you’re a student or relocating . Better than what I could have imagine.

Management is friendly and keeps everything in excellent condition. Nice quiet location. Highly recommend!
