I have lived at this here for about three years now, and overall my experience has been really good. One of the biggest positives is the location. It’s convenient to stores, restaurants, main roads, and not too far from campus which makes getting around easy. The community itself has generally been nice and comfortable, which is something I’ve appreciated while living here long term. The maintenance team has usually been responsive when issues come up, and requests are typically handled in a reasonable amount of time. The townhouse themselves are decent for the price, and the layout works well for everyday living. Like any place, it’s not perfect. Occasionally there can be small delays with maintenance or minor issues around the property, but nothing that has made living here a major problem. Overall, it’s been a reliable place to live, which is why I’ve stayed for several years. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place in a convenient area with a generally quiet environment, this is definitely a place worth considering.

This has been the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. Management is extremely unresponsive and issues rarely get resolved. It has been over a year and I still have not received my security deposit back despite multiple attempts to contact the office. Our house also had serious maintenance issues, including water leaking from the ceiling from damage caused by previous renters. Management placed multiple industrial fans in the house for extended periods of time, which significantly increased our electric bill, and we were never reimbursed. The manager, Allison, is either unavailable, never in the office, or does not respond to calls or emails. Overall, the communication and professionalism have been very disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing to live here.

Transit runs right next to apartments. Maintenance guy is amazing and if you have a fix it request is there within 24 hours every time on weekdays. Very easy parking

628 N WORDSWORTH LN -- My roommates and I moved out in after two years at The Row. When, we moved in, there were holes in the walls, paint on carpet, non-working appliances, etc. It was not clean. We reported all of this on the move in checklists and opened tickets. When we move out July 2025, all four of us + family worked tirelessly to do a fantastic job cleaning up when we moved out. You know the saying to leave a place better than when you first saw it. We did that and then some. We even patched all the holes in the walls - the ones there originally and reported + the ones we made to make it easier to lease. All the management team would just need to do is to paint match with their wall color over the patching. We reported this. We reported all the repairs that were needed in detail to make the apartment habitable for the next set of tenants. We had reported our dryer not working in January 2025 and again when we left. We reported the frig door not staying shut when we moved in and again when we left. We did the deep cleaning (including making carpet look better than when we moved in with deep vacuum). We exited in good faith believing that we should each get our $300 (each x 4) rent deposits back. Guess what. Instead, they have the audacity to put a bill in my rent portal for $23.84 without notifying me. I figured it out today by checking in the portal to see when they had shown they were going to pay my deposit back. This is a predatory practice to avoid paying us the deposits they owe us. I would not recommend this property The Row Fayetteville, AR and their owner (Twin Rock Management, LLC) based on these practices.
