The Locale Fayetteville, fayetteville-ar

While we were trying to move out (during the time we were told to) the Locale called a tow truck and was trying to tow their residents - ON THE DAY THEY TOLD US TO. He was actively driving around trying to take cars that were being loaded with items. It’s not even like anyone was in the middle of the road. Also, there is no place for visitor parking any day and they constantly are towing the people who live there and their guests. Would not recommend living here at all.

I spoke with Sydney, the leasing manager, and she was super helpful over the phone! She answered all my questions and made the whole process really easy. They have some great specials going on right now, and the location is perfect, so close to campus. The amenities are also amazing and definitely make it worth checking out! Highly recommend.

The lease process was easy and stress-free. Logan was especially helpful as she was available to call and answer text messages with any questions we had during the entire process.

The Locale is awesome! It's super close to campus, and the staff is always nice. One of my favorite things about living here has been the resident events that they plan; I've met so many people by attending them!

Such a nice place to live!! The staff are super friendly and make sure your needs are met. The apartments themselves are up to date and make apartment living that much more enjoyable! The only thing is that I wish there were elevators for each building, but I understand why there’s not! But overall, would totally recommend The Locale to anyone!
