I’ve been a resident here for almost two years, and I truly love living here. The room sizes are great, the appliances are well maintained, and having 24/7 access to the clubhouse is a big plus. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Kemani from the maintenance team at Midtown 905 Apartments is honestly the best. He helped me out a ton and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. He showed up on time, had a great attitude, and actually cared about getting everything handled the right way instead of rushing through it. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants residents to feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across maintenance staff that are this professional and helpful. Huge shoutout to Kemani for going above and beyond Midtown 905 is lucky to have him!

TLDR: the place is nice, management is the issue. please think twice before signing here. from day 1 there has been issues. i understand that all student housing is going to be scummy, but for the price im paying for rent, i should not have to fight tooth and nail for basic things. issue 1: the elevator. in building one, the elevator was out for 5 and a half months. including on move in day. my roomate and several others had medical and physical complications that made it hazardous for them to be going up and down stairs. it’s an ADA violation for the elevator to be out this long. full transparency, they said they could move us to the first floor, but honestly it would have been more work on us, again, to move all of our stuff. it is considered unreasonable and can be illegal depending on state codes for an elevator to be out for that long. no rent reduction, no assistance, and minimal to no replies to emails when brought up. they know they didn’t have to do anything bc even tho it is illegal, none of us have the money or power to sue or pursue legal action. for paying upwards of 1,000 dollars a month, you think the elevator could work. management continually ignored/took weeks to respond to emails specifically about our frustration with the elevator. very unprofessional. issue 2: constant give aways, but not for residents. midtown ALWAYS has a giveaway going on for people who tour. mac book, aura ring, gift cards, etc. but residents do not get these perks. the perks are only there to draw you in so you can sign a lease and they can squeeze money out of you. recently, they were trying to give away a brand new car. i’m pretty sure residents could enter that one, but seriously. what about a rent reduction when you have all this extra money? like the money that they are squeezing out of vulnerable college students goes to give aways, most of them residents can’t even join. if yall have so much money, fix the elevator? charge less in rent, pay maintenance more, donate it to a food pantry, like idk?? why do yall even have all this extra money in the first place. we are broke college kids. just feels like such a scam issue 3: unprofessional staff. it’s not all of the staff, some are really nice, but i have been hung up on by staff. i have been told by staff that “i’m lucky to even have a TV.” yk, the one that comes with my unit? i have consistently been treated like my concerns are an inconvenience. again, some staff really do care, but i’m shocked by how many times i’ve encountered poor customer service. honestly, i’ve heard other worse stories by others about this place, but i only think it’s fair to speak on my own experiences and what i can verify. TLDR: the place is nice, but management is the issue. and midtown, if you try that reply of “omg i’m sorry. we love you xoxo” just save yourself time. my roomate and i have brought up several of these issues over and over again with no reply. crazy that you wanna reply when prospective tenants might read it. need to get all the money you can right?

Wow, this place is amazing. The staff here was very knowledgeable and really helpful. Can definitely see this being my next home. I also saw multiple members of the maintenance staff looking very, very busy so I’m excited for that! The manager was also exceptionally nice!

Kemani is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling beyond satisfied. I highly recommend Kemani to anyone looking for quality and a great experience!
