I had a fantastic experience with Zac, the property manager at The Kittredge. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. He then connected us with Erica, who is absolutely wonderful - energetic, kind, and very welcoming. The management team here is outstanding, and our experience with both Zac and Erica has been exceptional. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Kittredge to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community!

We are very happy with Zach and truly appreciate the way he helped my daughter. When she returned home to Texas and left her eye lenses in her apartment in California, Zach went above and beyond to arrange overnight shipping through FedEx. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. We are very grateful for his outstanding customer service.

Having stayed here for almost a year, I am especially grateful to the management staff, notably Zach, Jake, and Erica for their assistance and day-to-day handling of the building's affairs. When I was apartment hunting at the beginning of the academic year, they managed to help me expedite the process, and make move-in as smooth as possible on very short notice. Since then, they've been very responsive, both to email, and inviting during conversations in the lobby. I am thankful for their quick turnaround time, and also for their advocacy for residents in general.

I literally had to write this praise because of one of the staff members here, Jake. I truly felt a sense of warmth and care. Since last month, I ran into a tech & printer issue in my unit, and I was so busy in the past few weeks, which prevented me from replying in time. Jake continued following up and checking on the situation. That level of patience and responsibility honestly surprised me in the best way, and it even made me feel a little guilty about how delayed my responses were. When I finally resurfaced during RRR Week and told him I had time, he scheduled a technician for the very next day and fixed everything already. The speed??? The efficiency??? I was genuinely impressed. Four years in Berkeley, I’ve lived in places where the response time was basically “please don’t expect a response. If you're looking for an apartment where management is truly committed to residents, especially for students with busy schedules(like, if they don't follow up, you’d probs forget), I really recommend giving this place a look. The Senior Community Manager here is incredibly responsible and genuinely cares about the residents. P.S. The building provides a free printer with color printing.

As a foreign student, I booked the place purely from overseas without seeing the apartment nor unit at all. Trisha Ann Agustin was very helpful in the selection process as she offered to conduct virtual tours and provided walkthrough videos of different unit layouts until I found one that suits my personal liking. Her reliability, responsiveness and detailed answers together with the location made me feel very safe in choosing to lease here. The move-in process was very smooth as she walked me through every step of the way getting in without trouble. I highly recommend her and the place.
