I would like to share my experience with Aquatic @U , especially to highlight the quality of the property and the exceptional on site management. Although I was not physically present when my son moved into Aquatic @U, the entire process was handled smoothly, professionally, and with great care. From the beginning ,Anna the site manager was extremely attentive and supportive. She helped coordinate the move -in guided my son through each step, and made sure everything was clearly explained and properly handled. Anna also checked in to ensure he was as settled comfortable, and safe . Knowing that someone on site was paying such close attention gave me complete peace of mind. Anna is professional, responsive, and genuinely caring.The property is clean, modern, secure, and well maintained. It is clear that Aquatic @ U is actively managed and residents are well looked after. I highly recommend Aquatic @U to anyone looking for a safe and professionally managed living environment.

I recently had the chance to view this apartment building and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. It really impressed me and was super close to the UC Berkley campus which was a big plus. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Anna the community manager. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed throughout the process. Her friendly and professional approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a new place to live!

Aquatic @ U is a cut above the other student housing bldgs! Well built and great location near Trader Joe’s and efficient modern unit with luxury appliances. The main reason we selected this bldg besides location and modern styling was the manager. Anna is terrific! She is always there to help and the place is neat clean and well maintained. She is around to always answer questions. I give this property the highest rating possible.

This apartment building was the perfect fit for me and my boyfriend as we were both exchange students. We were looking for a short term lease with a location close to campus (Go Bears!). The help we got from Jessica was outstanding. We were getting a bit lost looking for a place to rent, then Jessica saw a post I made in a FB housing group and reached out immediately! The process was easy and we were able to move in immediately! Everyone has been very helpful with everything! Huge respect to the people working here! The apartment building is modern and clean. It is close to a grocery store which was very convenient! The gym was nice for getting a little workout in and the building has its own study area which was very nice! Highly recommend!

I stayed at Aquatic @ U over the summer months and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From day one, Anna (Leasing Associate & Community Manager) was absolutely outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel supported. When I needed to sublet on very short notice, Anna and Jessica from the management team were incredibly understanding and quickly connected me with a tenant who needed a summer subletter. The timing couldn't have been more perfect, and their responsiveness made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. What really impressed me was Anna's willingness to go above and beyond, even after I moved out. When there was a complication sorting electricity bills with the next tenant, she stepped in to help facilitate a resolution—well beyond her typical responsibilities. She even reached out when a package was incorrectly delivered to the building after I'd already left, making sure I could retrieve it. That level of care for a former tenant is truly rare and speaks volumes about her character. The building itself is fantastic—centrally located with incredibly easy access to UC Berkeley, yet surprisingly quiet. The amenities are top-notch; I especially loved the rooftop with its incredible views and the well-equipped gym.The ButterflyMX intercom system and LuxerOne package lockers made daily life incredibly convenient and secure. My unit was exactly what you'd expect from a brand-new building: spotless, with new appliances including an in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of storage. The few neighbors I encountered were friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a student, grad student, or looking for a summer sublet, I highly recommend Aquatic @ U. And if you're lucky enough to work with Anna, you're in excellent hands!
