Only having been lived here for no more than a year, but the elevator had been experiencing many times of outage. It has just recently been out of service for a month. If you desire a life living on high floors without elevator, come to this place.

I’ve been patient with a mounting list of maintenance issues that have gone ignored for weeks, but last night was the final straw. Coming home to find my assigned (and paid for!) parking spot inside a 'secure' garage blocked—and then waiting the entire night for management to actually do something about it—is unacceptable. If I’m expected to pay rent on time, I expect the basic amenities and maintenance I was promised.

If you have a better choice for rent apt with others. Better not choose here unless u are really need a housing with low price though it not low. Housing is fine but there would be so many issue pop out every month!! It won’t stop (like fire alarm, elevator broken, car garage door broken, your package get stole, some homeless get into the building and knocking your door at midnight)

I lived here my sophomore year, it was a horrible experience. They didn't let me see the place in person and showed me a "model" of the aparmtent in their office, the model looked nothing like the actual apartment when i moved in. Horrible experience. Ruined my sophomore year experience.

I must say that Kyla has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I moved in, she has always been there to assist with any needs, big or small. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, answering questions, or providing guidance, Kyla consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently. What really stands out is her professionalism and friendly demeanor. She makes every interaction feel personal and is always approachable and ready to help. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents here, and that level of service is hard to find. Sterling Apartment is lucky to have someone like Kyla on their team. If you're looking for a place where management truly prioritizes its residents, you’ll definitely find that here, thanks in large part to Kyla’s hard work and dedication. She makes living here a pleasant and stress-free experience.
