good student accommodation for those who’re looking for a place to stay near uc berkeley’s campus. opposite is caffé strada where there’s coffee & food for breakfast & lunch which is really convenient and affordable. it might be quite noisy at night though due to the presence of freehouse american & frat houses but other than that, the area is safe & overall it’s really nice to stay here 👍🏻

Probably the best apartment to rent as a student in Berkeley. The location right next to the campus and Café Strada is great. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are large and clean. In addition, there is a roof terrace and a place especially for studying. If you had any concerns or problems, it was very easy to contact the management. Overall, definitely worth the price.

I lived here for a few years while attending UCB. It was a wonderful place to live with a great location right next to campus and a cafe. The amenities were amazing with study spaces throughout the building. The community itself is very welcoming with fun monthly events. I would recommend to those who want a fully furnished place with good accessibility to campus!
