The Hive @ 3rd, baton-rouge-la

I have lived at the Hive at 3rd for one year. It is a quiet place. The units are well kept. Maintnance issue are delt with pretty quickly, and the location is great for reaching anywhere in the city. I must admit that I have not arrested to use any of the amenities. Therefore, I cannot offer a critique. As of now, I am satisfied enough to renew my lease.

I’ve had a great experience with The Hive so far. The property is clean, well-kept, and the leasing process has been straightforward. Coleman has been especially helpful throughout everything. He’s been responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. It’s made the whole process a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend The Hive to anyone looking for a place to live.

I am a new resident (90 days+). It took me about 60 days looking the right place lease. The Hive on the 3rd exceeded my expectations. Why you should consider this place: Location - next to States Government Buildings & Police Station, plenty parking lots , complex/parking lots well lighted, outstanding/fast maintenance and Office Manager (Ms. Christine) Support, State Policy Officer onsite available, nice pool; close and nice trails, walking sidewalks, electronic door locks, free internet and cable (basic), the Gates work all the times - Two fully functional elevators. Minus: Small workout Room - Rail tracks closed to the facility - (it not an issue for me). At the end I rate theThe Hive on the 3rd as a top place for fair market value.

I've lived here for years. We were told that there's new owners and management, IT'S STRAIGHT CHAOS. What once was a quiet, safe, respectable place with very little problems has become a nightmare. There's little to no communication with anyone that works here. Staff fail to hold themselves accountable for anything. Constant problems with tenants using drugs out in the open, selling drugs, gates are always broken and random people come in through whatever gate they please almost causing accidents. It's become unsafe. I wouldn't suggest anyone with kids moving here. For example, it's past midnight and there's a get together in the parking lot (again), but no one does anything about it.

I love living here! It’s a nice community! Everyone is friendly and the management is amazing! I enjoy being in close proximity to the interstate and convenient to downtown!
