Living at Beau Chene Condos has been a great experience. The property is very nice, great prices, and located in a convenient area. The area is always kept up with and clean. All neighbors have been friendly and management has been professional. Management is always quick to respond whenever needed.

My son and his roommates lived here for 3 of his 4 years at LSU and just moved out this weekend. We were so happy with their experience here. I didn’t meet the landlord but I wish I could personally thank him for easing my mind knowing that their living space was always well maintained and any issues taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex to any student looking for housing close to campus and the bus stop to campus. We appreciated his yearly dinners and even a snack gift bag! Such a generous human. Thank you for a great experience!

Beau Chene Condos is such a great spot! I’m a student worker here, and it’s been awesome living in a place that’s so close to campus, work, and everything else I need. The apartments are super nice and comfy, plus they give a student discount based on your grades—which is such a great motivator to keep doing well in school! The vibe is really laid-back, and the management is super helpful whenever you need something. If you’re a student looking for a great place to stay, I’d definitely recommend it!

I lived here for two years while attending LSU and I wish I could have stayed all four. I had absolutely no complaints about the facilities or neighbors, and maintenance requests were handled very quickly. When our A/C broke down and needed replacement, the landlord provided a window unit within four hours, even though it was after hours. The outdoor unit was replaced and working within a couple of days. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for housing near campus.

Decent place close to LSU. On the smaller side compared to some of the other apartments further from campus, but at the same price. Reasonably safe area within biking distance to campus. There is a pool, but no gym. One of the best perks of living here would be living within walking distance of American Market which sells snacks, alcohol, and freshly cooked food. VERY convenient! My one complaint is that the first floor of the apartment I visited has carpet while the second floor has hardwood making the upstairs neighbors very loud. It's only that 1 apartment though.
