Go rent across the street at the lodges for the same price, better management and an actual gated community. I would give 0 stars if I could! They forced us to be by the pool and pay extra if we wanted to add an extra roommate when we had an empty spot. There are sketchy people that do not live at the apartment complex that go the the pool and hang out in the parking lot literally EVERY DAY. They leave trash/diapers in the parking areas. They bring massive speakers and blast music past midnight EVERY NIGHT. If you're out there they will smoke a blunt right next to you so good luck ever enjoying sitting by the pool. They were driving super loud dirt bikes multiple nights during finals week. This was 2 years straight and management never did anything even when the cops would get called. Other than maintenance requests, you will NEVER get a response from management not that you can even really contact them. You have to basically go walk in their office to even get a word in if they are even there which is rare. I cannot understate how bad these problems are. Cars got broken into in the parking lot. They just painted over black mold in the vents. We did not have AC working for A MONTH when we moved in. The gym is also pretty bad if you are actually trying to work out. There will always be LSU kids that will need apartments close to campus so they genuinely do not care. They will act like it to save face but they know they will always fill the rooms so there is no incentive for them to improve in the future.

Terrible place! Please do not live here, it may seem enticing as a student at LSU, but management is awful. I was wrongfully arrested here, never received a police report or anything from management, regardless of me asking repeatedly. There was zero lack of regard from the resource officer. They wouldn’t provide badge numbers or any information, my guess is because there was a collective understanding that there was a misuse of force. For months we had mold growing in our laundry closet , even though we repeatedly put in work orders and called. I moved out early, they moved someone else into my space and still billed me rent for months. Whenever I tried to call and talk about this, I was met with disgustingly poor communication. The place is a scam.

Everything is nice about the redpoint but their security after hours. Large parties, loud music, children, families who clearly do not live there being obnoxious and disruptive and rude. There have been several complaints and nothing was ever done about it nor was the after hours officer ever available

The friendliest staff I’ve ever met at an apartment complex. The amenities were impeccably clean, and the pool and hot tubs are over the top. Highly recommend any college student wanting a fabulous apartment life with very reasonable rent.

I would give less than one star if it was possible. COLLEGE STUDENTS: DO NOT LIVE HERE! Sorry for being a karen, but in the time living here, our dishwasher and clothing washing machine broke, our kitchen became full of water due to cleaners outside, our door lock battery broke and none of us could get into our apartment for a full day and night, and MOST importantly our air conditioning broke causing it to be 82° in our house upstairs and down for more than a week in MAY. The maintenance team is slow to respond especially on weekends, and that is IF THEY EVEN RESPOND. I had to live in the apartment for the past week with an 80° or more temperature and it still has yet to be fixed. (I have called about 8-10 times about the issue). Also, it is May. The POOL has been “closed” for “painting” for the past TWO months. So no one can enter the pool area or get any sun here even considering it is Summer and school is over. The walls are made of paper, and one of my roomates had black mold growing in her closet (the maintenance team just painted white paint over it). We have also had issues with the kitchen flooring coming up and releasing some sort of powder. The entire time we have lived here, my ceiling fan has squeaked and the entire apartment has smelled like weed. When me nor any of my roomates smoke weed. I hate it here! Cannot wait to move out! DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT SUCKS!
