Ive never been the type to leave a review but with much thought I decided to do so. I would like to start off by saying that this is by far the most horrible move in ever experienced, literally started the day of my move in. Im not going to go into details but it includes getting move in date changed to next day with only 30 mins notice, elevators being broken down twice in a period of a month and a half, the first time happened for over a week. The second time fixed the next day. Parking spaces being extremely reduced, dirty neighbors and ending with nice but not trained properly staff. My personal experience had a lot of mis-communication going back and forth on important info such as move in specials. I wanted to brake my lease but before I did I decided to go in personally to speak to the manager. I'm glad I did so. Over all everything was settled in a professional matter, the manager listens and actually did something about the whole situation which management rarely does. I want to end this review by saying that after several complaints they are working and doing better in keeping community clean, there are several normal spaced parking spaces after making my way around my building. Their maintenance team is very good, all of my requests have been tended to very quickly and efficient. The staff is very nice and from my understanding they are woking on training properly to ensure there won't be any more mis-communications with future residents. Overall the community is quiet and peaceful, even on weekends.I do like that they do several events for the community as well and for kids too. I am giving a 5 star review because I have been a headache for them as well complaining about everything wrong that happened, YET Brenda didn't take the easy way out which would've been letting me brake my lease. Instead she was patient trying to come up with a solution and let me give my side of the story which as I suspected didn't even know half of what happened or what I was told by staff but she listened to make it right and I don't believe that happens very often.
