The Quarters Sterling House, austin-tx

Most of these reviews are over 3 years old before the whole place was completely redone. Elevators are fine, garage gate is sometimes open which is a problem anywhere. Good management and beautiful units.

The garage is not secure and so many cars have been broken into. The garage gives access to the rest of the building and homeless people always get in. I had a barefoot tweaker crouched outside my door over the summer. Packages are routinely stolen because this place just isn't secure. Walls are so thin you can hear your upstairs neighbor think.

The ceilings are incredibly thin and you can hear everything the person above you does (walk, flush the toilet, shower, close doors/drawers, move furniture). The market beneath the complex restocks every week at 6 a.m. with a loud truck and there are parties almost every weekend that go on throughout the night with loud music and people singing and screaming. Cars often race and honk throughout the night on the street. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this is not quiet at all. If you try to contact management about solving issues, they will ignore you and you will not get a response. I would not recommend living here.

My car, along with many others, got broken into. Quarters is terrible at security and has left their garage gate open the entire semester, promising to "fix it" for the whole year. Across this time frame, a homeless man slept in the stair well, and multiple cars were broken into and robbed. One car was completely stolen as well. I would not recommend this apartment.

This is the worst apartment ripped off I have ever seen, they are charging you utilities without you being in the apartment and all electric is off, charging you sewerage fees, claiming damages that is not true , ripping off parents and students , DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to get SCAM
