Honestly the actual apt wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend checking all the vents before moving in. We ended up having mold and lived there for two months before we started having lung issues. They were very slow with accommodations and cleaning and had us out the apt for 2 weeks at least. Other than that, maintenance was fast most of the time. The elevator here is notorious for breaking down consistently. I lived on the 6th floor and had to walk up 6 flights for about 3 months before “the part they needed came in”. Overall a 6/10

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been an awful living experience. They do not care about the health of their residents. They allow roaches to roam the halls and within the units, giving no care to the promptness of care. They are lazy and cheap. Do not live here by any means. I do not care if you think you will get lucky and get a good apartment unit; you will not. The structure of this building is weak. There is constantly water damage from rain or flooding of above units; doors are not safely locked; the elevator is constantly breaking down because they don't want to replace it; and again, the roaches will try to take over your space leaving you with an unsafe living environment.

Avoid living here. I moved in middle of August and they were extremely strict on move in dates and would not compromise with me about an early move in even though I payed the ENTIRE month of August rent on the 1st, I was not allowed to move in until the 17th, no exceptions. The elevator situation has been atrocious to say the least. The single elevator for the entire building broke on move in day and hasn’t been functional for about a month, and then just a couple days ago “repairs” were done and they said it was good to go. The very first time I took the elevator there was a sudden drop of about 2 feet that made me question the safety of the elevator, and not long after I heard reports of people being stuck in the elevator and having to be let out by fire and rescue. That could’ve easily been me. The elevator is no longer operational and who knows when it will be fixed. There has been absolutely nothing done about any maintenance requests in my apartment, although me and my roommates continue to submit them, they are just simply overlooked. When I moved in we had a broken cabinet and my bedroom door is cracked. They have still never fixed it(over a month). I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the way the complex is managed and run and I think I can speak for every resident when I say things need to change and change quickly.

I HAVE CRACKS ALL OVER THE ROOM, FLOOR TO CEILING, ON THE 6TH FLOOR!!! They claim it's due to "settling and roof work", but I genuinely fear for my safety and am frightened to return to my apartment following Winter Break. A PAINT AND PATCH is the only offered "solution" by management. My room is on TWO exterior walls of the sixth floor!! Moreover, it's about to freeze and my electric bill is already exorbitant. Can't imagine how much I'll have to pay for a freezing apartment this winter, as I believe the cracks are extensive enough to allow exterior airflow. I'm afraid for my safety, or that the roof (which is still under extensive construction) might cave in on me. I moved in this August and here are my experiences so far: - The leasing company forces residents to change their leases (including gender and location preferences) because they overlease their units. - The leasing management team will not respond to phone calls or messages. This lack of communication forced me to break my almost "guaranteed" Roomsync matches and find random roommates weeks before move in. - THE ELEVATOR IS A SAFETY HAZARD. In the month I've lived here it's worked for (maybe) 2 of 30 days. Management claims their "repairs" are sound, but several residents have gotten trapped in the elevator or experienced sudden falls of several feet within hours of these supposed "repairs". REPAIRS WHICH TOOK A MONTH TO COMPLETE. The building has six floors and one elevator which has never worked for more than 2 consecutive days in the time of my residence. IF YOU HAVE DISABILITIES OR OTHER MOBILITY CONCERNS STAY AWAY. - There is also a COCKROACH INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. Despite multiple work orders concerning the issue, we've seen pest control once and have witnessed no notable improvement. Roaches all over the kitchen and one bathroom, including small, young roaches which I expect to multiply. - Several residents have also expressed concerns regarding THEFT AND VANDALISM OF MOTORCYCLES AND BIKES on the property.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I am a current resident and in the month I have lived in the building, it had been a horrible experience. I have been in 3 different apartments in this building and all of them have roaches, even on the 6th floor. They live in all of the cabinets and under appliances and the buildings “pest control” has done nothing to help. The elevator has been broken almost the entire last month since move in, and constantly emits a high pitched alarm. Management claims the elevator breaks because residents are holding the door open, but residents have repeatedly reported the elevator drops suddenly before breaking. People have also been trapped in the elevator multiple times. While some of the office employees are polite and helpful, management is incredibly difficult to work with and unresponsive, and I know several people who either were removed from the roommate groups they signed with or who had their gender preferences switched due to overleasing. The building also charges renters insurance that you are not informed about until immediately prior to move in and the office is completely unavailable on the weekends for any kind of maintenance or parking issues. Mailing and package delivery is also a nightmare, with packages constantly disappearing and management refusing to help. The garage is also unmanaged and unsecure. People have had their cars and bikes messed with or broken into. The parking situation is a nightmare, as the garage is difficult to maneuver and no one enforces parking spot assignments. The entire garage is also covered in concrete dust, trash and pigeon poop, and half of the lowest level has been flooded consistently. If you can help it, live anywhere else.
